Negative experience: Very good experience when renting. But when ending the contract, the attention was a disaster and they did not fulfill their part of the contract. More than a year has passed and I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned or at least for them to send me purchase receipts to justify expenses. Neither David nor the landlady have been able to give me answers. The lawyer told me it wasn't worth it because the process would end up costing more money, and the police told me it is one of the most common scams. The property, despite being rented through this real estate agency, did not have the deposit or contract registered at the Valencia territorial address - urban deposits (I recommend consulting with each contract signed at [email protected] and demanding it from both the owner and the real estate agency). I definitely would not contact them again.
