Negative experience: Yesterday we had an appointment with a certain Rafa. Before the appointment, I called the real estate agency to let them know we would arrive late. When I arrived, the gentleman was chatting with a guy and didn't bother to look at us or greet us. He simply didn't address us. A regrettable behavior. We canceled the visit immediately. I strongly advise against this person.

Negative experience: Unprofessional! They make you go all the way there to see a property for 38,000, but first they want you to sign fees for 3,000 + VAT, which is a 10% commission. Are we crazy? The owners should know they charge this; they are mercenaries. Don't go, very unprofessional.

Positive experience: We had a very bad experience with one of the landlords renting through this real estate agency, but despite that, Sandra always tried to help us solve all the problems, thanks to Alicia as well. So be careful of those landlords who don't care about their tenants, who won't even fix a wardrobe or get the cockroaches out of the kitchen for you. Because they don’t appreciate that you take care of the apartment and are clean, after having had a filthy person (colloquially speaking) before you.

Positive experience: Compramos una casa en Valencia este año y desde Inmopatraix lo hicieron todo lo fácil que les fue posible. Sandra nos acompañó en todo el proceso, incluso recomendándonos bancos o asesorándonos con trámites que no tenían que ver tanto con su trabajo pero que están relacionados con la adquisición de un inmueble. Positive experience: Sólo puedo decir que está inmobiliaria ha tenido un trato muy positivo hacia mi persona como mediadora en un contrato de alquiler del cual estaba involucrado, mi hijo y mi marido como avalista .La señorita Alicia desde el minuto 1 atendio mis llamadas y contacto con el dueño de la propiedad para llegar a unos resultados positivos para todo a los que firmamos el contrato final de arrendamiento . Sólo me queda decir que podéis confiar plenamente en el buen hacer por parte de esta inmobiliaria así como de su personal al frente de dicho negocio

Negative experience: Son más que unos incompetentes ,seriedad 0 compromiso ninguna una vez ya tienen su dinero .No se hacen responsables de ninguna clase de problema que sea defender a los arrendatarios.Una vergüenza en toda regla .Te enseñan lo que quieren diciendo tener todas las comodidades y si hay algún imperfecto que se lo arregla el arrendador (cosa que nunca sucedio)
