About 15 days later, on a Sunday around 9:00 PM, outside of business hours, you requested via message that we remove the advertisement, and on Monday at 9:30 AM, as soon as we started working, the first thing we did was remove it from sale and then contact you by phone again. Still, that same morning at 8:00 AM, you had already left us this nice review, not really giving us the chance to comply with your request since "everything" was done outside of business hours. All well-intentioned criticism and comments are welcome. Good luck with the sale of your property, as you are also a colleague in the sector.

At no time does the name Levante Inmobiliaria appear in your WhatsApp conversations, only that of someone called Daniel, and we do not know any Daniel. Nor has any Daniel ever worked at Levante Inmobiliaria. Therefore, we reiterate that you are mistaken about the real estate agency. There is Inmobiliaria Levante and many others that use the word Levante in their name. But Levante Inmobiliaria, which is us, has NEVER dealt with you, nor do you know us at all. And honestly, it is regrettable that you continue to insist, as you are mistaken. Mrs. María E.A.G., you have never been a client or a possible client of Levante Inmobiliaria. If you had been, you would know that we have never operated as you indicate in your review. We have NEVER demanded 10% of the property price as a deposit from any of our clients. In fact, we do not believe that demanding is the way to treat our clients. Buying a home should be an act of complete conviction, and we are here to help throughout the process. We sincerely believe that your review should be addressed to some other real estate agency with a name similar to ours, since there are several in Valencia that use 'Levante' as part of their name. So we urge you to withdraw this review that lacks veracity. Furthermore, trying to find out who you are, we checked your profile and you only have 2 published reviews. The first one was 11 months ago, also negative towards a real estate agency in Castellón, and now this negative review towards us, a real estate agency in Valencia. Honestly, we don’t know what to think; apparently, you want to buy apartments in various parts of the Comunidad Valenciana and you are being scammed consistently. Something doesn’t add up, does it? In any case, we reiterate that you must be confused about the name of the real estate agency. Buenas tardes Federica, lamentamos que al no poder satisfacer su necesidad de rebaja en el precio del alquiler del local comercial que motivo su consulta, usted haya sentido que no tenemos ganas de atenderla. Como nos comentó cuando llamó por teléfono, usted esta buscando un trastero para guardar sus muebles y se esta encontrando con la dificultad de que no le caben en un trastero normal. Su consulta fue en relación a un local comercial, reformado, recién pintado con altas de luz, agua y en zona comercial. Así y todo, tiene un precio muy ajustado, por lo que tenemos orden del propietario de no bajar este precio. Y nosotros seguimos las indicaciones precisas de nuestros clientes. Entendemos que las tarifas de los trasteros de alquiler no son como las de los locales comerciales, quizás usted no estaba al tanto de esto. Le recomendamos, si lo que quiere ahora es un local para utilizar como trastero, que busque alguno que no tenga las características del que nos consultó.
