I undoubtedly made the right choice in selecting their team for the purchase of my home. Great professionals and people who make the process of acquiring a home easier. I would certainly recommend them.

Negative experience: On Wednesday, 10/17/24, I had an appointment with a real estate agent from this agency, a young dark-haired guy, to see an apartment in Tres Forques, which I couldn't see that day because the agent canceled the visit. However, we agreed to see it on Thursday. When I arrived at the agreed address, I called him, and he changed the address of the property again to a different location. This person's attitude was not pleasant at all; he kept looking at me with disdain, and every time I asked about any details, he responded arrogantly. Accompanying him was a girl who also works for this agency, but she was a bit more polite. When we finished the visit, he didn't want to open the door until I signed the agency's paper, totally disregarding that the apartment was unbreathable due to its conditions. Even after asking a second time, he ignored my request to open the door until he filled out the paper. The truth is that I had never experienced this before; I do not recommend it; it was a very unpleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: La verdad que nos daba algo de vértigo dar el paso y realizar el cambio de vivienda. Se hablaba en casa pero nunca se concretaba nada, nos daba miedo vender nuestro piso y no encontrar nada que nos gustase. Nos tranquilizó saber los largos plazos que usan para este tipo de cambios y la implicación que mostraron desde un inicio. Damos gracias de haber conocido a estos chicos, son muy profesionales, nos acompañaron en todo momento y estuvieron ahi con cada duda que tuvimos. Gracias de nuevo chicos.
