Negative experience: They are scammers, asking for illegal documentation, and they charge fees under the disguise of service to the tenant. They mask it when I read other reviews from many people who have rented and then faced problems, and when they turn to them, they leave them stranded and don’t help them. They are only interested in collecting and leaving you behind. Moreover, other people who have rented have told me that THEY DO NOT PROVIDE the receipt that the deposit is registered with the Housing Institute of Madrid, which is illegal and reportable, pursued by the tax authorities. They will be denounced for all these injustices.

Negative experience: They continue to charge commission to tenants despite the fact that it was prohibited by law in May 2023.

Negative experience: They are fraudsters. They want to charge me €990 in fees for renting an apartment, which is prohibited by law. And they want to make me a one-year renewable contract when it should be 5 years. What a shame! Flagrantly disregarding the Housing Law!

Fantastic experience: For my part, nothing but good words for Alquiler Seguro. They contacted us quickly without pressure, and we rented both my mother-in-law's apartment and mine in a week or less. The apartments had been with another agency for 2 months. We did not change the price as the agent in charge (Iñaki) deemed it fair. I must say he was the only one we talked to (which is appreciated). He did a fantastic job; a true professional from head to toe. He guided me through the process and provided all sorts of information, resolving all my doubts, and he didn't overwhelm us during each visit or anything of the sort. Furthermore, he offered us total management with anonymity on our part, and it has truly been a pleasure.

Negative experience: Terrible treatment from the salesman Fernando. I just approached the office to resolve a doubt, and the salesman asked me to lower my voice in a very raised tone, using correct words but being very aggressive. The office is small, there are 6 people talking on the phone at the same time, which makes it impossible not to speak loudly; he was doing it too, claiming some keys from an owner. And no one asked him to lower his voice in order to clarify my doubt. Rude and violent.

Negative experience: 1 star and because I can't give 0. Alquiler Seguro are dehumanizing scammers who steal money and disregard the law as they please, disguised under another name to be able to rob you. They are disgusting.

Negative experience: Yes, they pay you on time, but when there is a problem, they wash their hands of it. You have to solve it with the tenant, and if you want to cancel, they create a thousand problems and ask for a lot of paperwork. They might as well ask for the house. I have been very disappointed.

Negative experience: Terrible service when you want to terminate the contract with them. They even let you pay for the supply after the contract is terminated, and they always hang up on you once they know you are calling to report an issue. But when you talk to the owner, they said that Alquilerseguro forced them to change ownership and that you should talk to Alquilerseguro, while Alquilerseguro hangs up on you for this. You also can't return the invoice because it gives them another reason not to return your deposit.

Negative experience: Beware: THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR CARE IF A LANDLORD DOES NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT

Negative experience: The service to tenants is quite dreadful. They are very quick to ask for money and documents, but when you want to exit a contract, they are HORRIBLE. Always wasting time, making excuses and not resolving anything. DO NOT HIRE ANYTHING WITH ALQUILER SEGURO.

Negative experience: I have no doubt that the good reviews from people have been due to the few good experiences they have had. In my experience, I arranged to meet a Mr. JUAN to view an apartment 1 hour from where I currently live. I sent him a message 2 hours before the appointment, which went unanswered. Then he was already late for the appointment to show the apartment. I called his mobile phone twice to see what was going on, and he didn't answer. Later, I called the real estate agency to find out what was happening and they told me, 'Yes, we see that you have an appointment today, but unfortunately they are already signing the paperwork for that apartment right now. Mr. Juan must have forgotten.' I was very upset that they couldn't take the trouble to notify me in advance... and who knows if the people who made appointments after me have been informed. Everything ended in an apology that Mr. Juan forgot to let me know not to go to the appointment because the apartment was already rented... How nice!

Negative experience: SCAMMERS. BEWARE!!! They charge a commission to the tenant when it is not legal and claim that it is a service for the tenant. To those who have been charged, know that you can claim it back, and for FREE!

Negative experience: My experience with Alquiler Seguro is completely negative. They delivered the property very dirty, with significant damages (not fulfilling what they advertise on their website: 'Homes ready to be inhabited, you can move in from minute 1'). I was without hot water and ceramic electric cooktop for several months, the company claiming that it is the owner's responsibility, but the owner does not meet the deadlines. On the other hand, the property has 30 days to return the deposit: I have requested it from the property and they do not respond (silence). Alquiler Seguro also systematically disregards this. It is a very effective company for the initial acquisition process but completely ineffective for the rest. I hope they take this description to improve. Best regards.

Negative experience: Buenas, soy arrendador y mi experiencia con el servicio de gestión integral está siendo pésima. Me cobraron una barbaridad por un arreglo de fontaneria por "General de Contratas". Tras quejarme por escrito, no hubo respuesta. Con insistencia conseguí que me mandasen la factura desglosada por horas y partidas, confirmé tras una simple comprobación con el inquilino que habían incluido 3 horas más de trabajo e inflado el precio de lo materiales. Llevo desde el 8 de noviembre quejándome y tras más de 10 comunicaciones solo recibo disculpas y promesas de que lo van a comprobar. Siguen cobrandome por ese arreglo que han fraccionado como les ha dado la gana a pesar de haber reconocido el error. Un desastre. Para empeorar las cosas, ellos habían comprobado que la factura está infladisima y me lo habían ocultado. Espero q haciéndolo público me hagan caso de una vez y me devuelvan el dinero de más q ya me han cobrado.

Negative experience: por fin en casa! Vaya pesadilla hemos pasado mis padres y yo! Por culpa de Juan (la persona q nos mostró el piso de esta inmobiliaria) hemos tenido q vivir en un apartamento tres dias por q no cumplo con el trato! Sabiendo nuestro caso prometió que el día 20-07-21 (de este mes)nos haría firmar el contrato y nos daria las llaves y no fue así.. es más ! Nos dijo q se había confundido así sin más , eso no es todo sino Tambn nos informaba q nos daría otro piso ( uno más pequeño ) y q el día 23 recién podríamos tenerlo .. por un momento nos vimos en la calle por q tenias q dejar ese día 20 el piso donde vivíamos … Así q decepcionados , pobre superiores de Juan ! No saben lo mal q hace su trabajo, su palabra no tiene peso .Mejor q se dedique a entrenar … tener cuidado con el Alquiler seguros. No te doy estrellas Muchas gracias

Negative experience: Yo no he podido contactar telefónicamente con nadie de esta inmobiliaria. Tras varias llamadas a su 902 (te atiende un contestador) me dicen que no me han localizado por teléfono y que vuelva a llamar. Yo no tengo ninguna llamada suya registrada.
