Negative experience: Four months ago, I started the project of buying a house with them. In the end, I completed the project, but with a bittersweet taste. They started off being very friendly and attentive at the beginning, but there have been many moments in that process that have been anything but professional. They began by telling me one thing about the fees, which later turned out to be a lie once the deposit was signed, both from the sales representative in charge of the process and their superior. It took me ages to get them to show me the house for the second time before signing the deposit. I was asking for some papers for weeks, during which they tried to make me look like a liar with the electricity company. I requested the papers for all the appliances in the house for weeks (I was never given them, nor did they make the slightest effort to obtain them). When it came to showing the house, they did not provide all the information, and a countless number of small details... I’m not going to mention the person in charge of the whole process, but I would never repeat this experience with them, not even to rent. Nevertheless, thank you.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this service. We rented a house with this agency with Eva Giménez and there have been many problems. Communication has been very difficult, our doubts were not clarified, we had to insist for them to pay attention to us, they told us things that later could not be done, the processes have always been very slow. When looking for solutions to the problems caused by this poor communication, they washed their hands and did not provide us with any. One of the problems was that they listed a property for rent for 4 tenants and did not realize until after the signing that no more than 3 could be in the contract. I do not recommend it, this has never happened to me when renting an apartment.
