The service is unbeatable, they pay attention to everything, answer all your questions, are kind, take care of all the paperwork, they don't deceive either the owner or the buyer, unlike other real estate agencies/franchises around the neighborhood. They don't charge the buyer and the seller is charged a fixed price, not by percentage, which makes, in my opinion, the buying-selling process fairer, as they don't want to take advantage, only to do their job well.
