Negative experience: Javier shows little to no formality, he is not legal. He tells you some prices and then changes what was discussed, you accept the new terms and he blocks you. I prefer to keep what he said about other properties to myself out of ethical education because I am indeed a gentleman, and what I do is legal. What he says is false; a deposit of 10,000 euros was agreed upon in the contract and then he raised it to 15,000. Tell the truth. That's why I did that and then I called you. Do not deceive, I said I would give you the 17,000 including your commission, but that’s where the sale was lost because you no longer wanted to.
