A general cleaning was carried out in the apartment when the previous tenants left the apartment at the end of June so that your son and his companions could move in at the beginning of July as they did. Dear Ramon, thank you for your review. I regret both your experience and that of your roommate Pablo in the previous review. During the 2 years you have rented the apartment, we at InmoStudent have been in contact with you monthly to help you resolve any issues such as broken windows by calling the insurance, replacing appliances when they stopped working, and issues in the bathrooms. There have been no complaints. As we already indicated to Pablo, it was only when you completed your rental contract and returned the apartment in a deplorable condition that you expressed your dissatisfaction with InmoStudent. The source of your dissatisfaction comes after only a part of the deposit was returned to you after deducting the costs of the repairs and cleaning necessary to leave the apartment in the same condition in which it was handed over to you. We regret your assessment of InmoStudent as an agency, but we reiterate that this situation only arose from not having returned the apartment in accordance with the established contract and in a deplorable condition.

Dear Pablo, thank you for your time in writing a review and we are sorry for both your experience and Ramon's in the following review as a flatmate. InmoStudent has been in contact with you monthly to assist with any issues you had in the flat you rented for 2 years, during which we did not receive any complaints from you and no problems arose. The issue occurred at the end of your contract when you handed over the flat in unacceptable conditions according to the contract, and the owner, having to make various repairs for damages to floors, walls, doors, and sofas, among others, had to deduct the cost of these repairs from the deposit. These deductions were made as established in the contract and with a detailed breakdown that was sent to you in the final settlement. We understand that you do not like that part of the deposit is deducted, but you were already warned about how to hand over the flat and it was indicated to you that otherwise the corresponding amounts would be deducted. Nevertheless, we believe that InmoStudent always indicated the way to proceed and had a proper management during the two years you enjoyed the flat.
