Negative experience: MY EXPERIENCE I trusted them to rent my apartment, and for 3 months they barely answered my phone calls (the owner), especially knowing that I don’t live in the same city. They didn’t answer interested people’s calls regarding my apartment. I had to post my own ad online because people were telling me that they didn’t answer the phone. I was doing their job. Still, I sent them a couple who contacted me, and the real estate agency approved them and already had taken the reservation without asking me. I had to look into insurance about them because I no longer trusted them, and I noticed that the real estate agency was being dishonest. It turns out that those people had a significant embargo and their salary was not suitable for a rental. There were problems. For some people they sent me and approved, it turns out they had embargos, and they wanted to include them without wanting me to take out non-payment insurance with them to avoid issues and wash their hands of it. A disgrace of a real estate agency, and they couldn’t care less as long as they got the money. Now I’m with another real estate agency, and in a week and a half, it’s already rented.

Negative experience: Esta inmobiliaria es una incompetente . Anuncian un piso , quedan para enseñarlo y ya está vendido. Hacen perder mucho tiempo. No están organizadas ni te avisan para comunicarte que el piso ha sido señalizando. Una vergüenza. Nada recomendable.

Negative experience: Me han intentado vender un piso embargado. Primero, me han pedido 1000 euros para hacer una oferta, algo abusivo. Y luego han omitido que el piso tenía embargos y deudas con la comunidad. Al enterarme, no me querían devolver la reserva. Solo tras la denuncia en Consumo, han devuelto el dinero. No son de fiar, busca otra inmobiliaria.

Negative experience: Son unos incompetentes. Venden pisos sin antes verificar que están libres de cargos. Me admiten la entrega de reserva y cuando les comunico que agilicen los documentos de compra-venta pues ya había vendido mi casa, me dicen que vaya a recoger el dinero de la señal, pues el piso que me vendían estaba embargado. No me buscan ningún otro piso y a mis 63 años me han dejado en la calle. ¡¡¡ Ojo, yo que usted no me fiaría!!! Hay muchas inmobiliarias más adónde dirigirse
