If you want someone to sell you a story and then ignore your calls and WhatsApp messages once you continue with the purchase of an apartment, Tecnocasa is your ideal real estate agency. If you also want to sell your apartment and among other things hide pending expenses and leave unpaid bills for the buyer to discover only after they have signed and/or are already living in the property, and they have to pay those pending bills... Tecnocasa is your real estate agency!! (Here, I share the sinvergüenzas title equally between the previous owners and Tecnocasa). It doesn't matter that the ad photos show one thing; if later the seller feels like stripping the apartment bare and taking the kitchen sink and the heater (claiming in the ad that the apartment is ready to move in), the people from Tecnocasa disengage. If you try to see the property that you are going to buy that same week, and the sellers don't feel like showing it to you, the people from Tecnocasa... disengage!!! Because of course, what are they going to do if they are 'only' intermediaries between the buyer and seller... Are we happy with our home despite everything? Yes. But the management from Tecnocasa is very, very, very improvable. And of course, the previous owners, with whom the real estate agency has to mediate, because that's how they earn their commission, are also a bunch of shameless people.

Negative experience: What can I say about them... All cut from the same cloth. Harassers, rude, and very, very annoying. Especially when, despite being prohibited, they go door-to-door in buildings. You say something to them, and they become rude and abrasive, ignoring you when you tell them not to call your home again and that you are not interested in selling or buying. They have no right to disturb people.

Negative experience: I put up a magnificent rental property, they had it for 90 days, all the tenant profiles collected did not meet the criteria, they made us falsely believe that the property was expensive, despite the luxury renovation, and I can prove it, everything new, Nordic, the best on the market/price. The sterile viewings, and having the property on the internet for so long... we thought we had messed up with the super quality renovation we did. Because we offer quality, we are serious landlords, everything new at the right price. In conclusion, I paid their fees to get my keys back, not for a commercial management. Just changing the lock is more expensive than giving them that gift. I rented through Idealista in 48 hours 5 correct profiles and I rejected 3 that did not meet the criteria. Never contact me again to sell, I do not count on you for serious matters.

Negative experience: Contrate sus servicios para el alquiler de un piso y ellos no estaban tan centrados en el alquiler como en la venta , ya que me propusieron reiteradas veces vender mi inmueble , su, obsesión es la venta de inmuebles pasando por la financiación de su financiera , si ustedes buscan poder gestionar el alquiler de un piso no se lo recomiendo debido a que estaran más atentos a comisiones de ventas (más la de su financiera) qué a realizar correctamente el alquiler del inmueble

Negative experience: Muy poco profesionales , no se centran en realizar el filtrado de inquilinos por el cual se les ha contratado , básicamente han estado paseando a todo tipo de personas que no reúnen las condiciones ni económicas ni de perfil (Se trataba de buscar una pareja solvente sin mascotas) Edit: DEJAR DE LAVAR VUESTRA IMAGEN DE FORMA FRAUDULENTA CON RESEÑAS FALSAS HACE 3 DIAS 16 RESEÑAS POSITIVAS CON 5 ESTRELLAS NO SE RICK PARECE FALSO Edit2: A ver comunity manager ¿Como que especulativo? 650€ por un piso de 90m2 con 3 habitaciones recién reformado con calidades buenas y con ascensor comunitario, teniendo en cuenta que el SMI en España es de 1134€ no me parece para nada especulativo y a dividir entre 2 personas queda en 325€ al mes por persona por un pisazo. Que por 50€ menos he visto muy malos pisos en el idealista de gente que quiere alquilar el piso como cuando lo construyeron en los años 60, no intenteis desprestigiarme a mi y a mi familia piltrafillas de que somos unos especuladores ¿Como decís que os hemos "puenteado"? Si fuera de vuestro pésimo servicio que ha durado casi 3 meses nosotros hemos re realizado el alquiler a una pareja joven (Menores de 30) en menos de 48 horas Que el barrio la victoria sea un barrio popular no significa que sea un barrio pobre eso apuntaroslo en la cabeza o tatuaroslo en el cuello como alguno de vuestros agentes inmobiliarios del barrio A llorar a la lloreria corbatillas verdes o dedicaros a otra cosa ¿Poco honoroso que hayamos reseñado 3 miembros de la familia vuestra incompetencia? Me parece de buena persona avisar a la gente que lea las reseñas de vuestra incompetencia y encima de llamarnos especuladores cuando hemos gastado 60.000€ en reformar el piso para alquilarlo en un precio estándar cerrado de 650... PD: Ese alquiler de 650€ al mes lo hemos firmado y pactado para que quede fijo el precio durante los próximos 5 años pasé lo que pase (Ya que son solventes y cumplen nuestros estándares de selección, cosa que vosotros para ser profesionales parece ser que no teneis mientras cobreis) Además de que hemos llegado a un acuerdo para que puedan meter la pareja de inquilinos a su mascota en el inmueble Está claro que sois ahora mismo sois lo más prescindible del mercado inmobiliario como profesionales en compra venta y alquiler de viviendas Es que manda narices que llaméis especuladores a mi familia , dedicaros a hacer otra cosa o terminar vuestros estudios secundarios básicos panda de impresentables

Negative experience: Si queréis seriedad a la hora de comprar una vivienda os aseguro que no son los más indicados, es cierto que hay franquicias y no todos son iguales pero técnocasa de calle fuente el Sol son unos impresentables,dimos una señal para reservar una vivienda, la cual a las horas estaba vendida sin habérnoslo informado antes.

Negative experience: Impresentables desde el minuto que les conocí.Compre un piso con ellos,días más tarde me enteré que tenía trastero.Ellos ni sabían. Cuando fuimos a la notaría no llevaban la documentación,me dijeron una forma de pago que no era .En la misma notaría hubo que aplazar la venta por su mala gestión.Imposible contactar con ellos evitan coger el teléfono y cuando por Whatsapp logras hablar te dan largas para llevar acabo las gestiones como registro...ect. No la recomiendo para nada.
