Negative experience: !!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!! They create problems and do not provide solutions. A renovation was contracted, with prior payment, and afterwards they do not take responsibility for their mess. Bathroom renovation: the floor does not meet what was contracted, neither thickness nor composition nor required regulations (that's why it opened in 15 days); the shower drain is on the opposite side, the drain is in the middle, the wall plaster is also cracked, the rubble left behind... etc. They will have their version, but the photographs do not lie. They undervalue properties below market value; for that, one can sell by oneself. Said by them... 'They buy apartments, renovate with standard measurements, and sell.' Given the quality of service provided in my home, the experience can be terrifying. One would need to be there during the work to ensure it is done as the client contracts and according to regulations; if you work and have to rely on their good practices... when you arrive and the faucet is not at the desired height since there was no prior communication and they did not ask (everything is done standard)... moving it will cost you 200 euros and the loss of the warranty... and this applies to everything done wrong, it’s a shame. Luckily I stopped the work because if they had tiled and done more it would have been even worse. After speaking poorly to you and not offering solutions, they block your phone, so at least with this review, the little pearls they leave behind will be known. We all make mistakes, but how you handle them is what makes the difference. I've been over a month of calls and messages for them to take responsibility.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not fall into the trap of renting an apartment with them, neither for buying nor selling. Laura is unpleasant, she ignores the requests of the tenants and takes the side of the landlords, even going so far as to not answer the phone when we called. I do not recommend anyone to go through what we have experienced.

Negative experience: Very unpleasant experience with Laura. She has been scamming us for an entire year. She has never paid attention to us tenants, and when we asked her, she took the side of the landlords. Moreover, she is arrogant. I give one star because you can't give less. Don't fall for it.

Negative experience: Good morning, it is very difficult for me to write this review because of how badly we have been treated by the people who work at this real estate agency; but I believe it is necessary to let it be known so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else and above all, do not work with this real estate agency. Just to say that we needed to sell and buy, and from the very first moment they had the sale and thus received the money, they did not stop pressuring us to do everything quickly and poorly, even calling family members to apply pressure to make us leave, violating data protection laws by giving our personal phone numbers without our consent, even offering us rental apartments just so we would leave, having a baby. They do not explain any point of the management, do not clarify doubts and when you realize it, they have hidden the information, harming you; and their only intention is to collect their money. For this reason, I recommend not to work with this real estate agency, there are great professionals in Valladolid, but you will not find them here.

Negative experience: Ojo, pregunta cuáles son las reglas del juego. -El mes pasado nos dijeron que estábamos los primeros en el listado para ver un piso cuyos inquilinos aún no habían terminado su contrato. El día que nos lo enseñó la gerente nos dijo "ahí hay otra pareja que lo va a visitar ahora y yo pasaré las dos candidaturas a la casera, en caso de que estéis interesados". ¡No es lo que me había dicho anteriormente! -Nos concedió dos horas y media para que le dijéramos si estábamos interesados. A los veinte minutos estaba presionándome por teléfono para que le diera una respuesta. ¡Otra vez incumplió su compromiso! -Y como algo secundario, quince días antes de la visita me había dicho que iba a quitar el anuncio para que no llamaran más candidatos/as. Le pregunté unos días más tarde por qué no lo había quitado y su respuesta era "que no había tenido tiempo para entrar a Idealista". Resumiendo, no están claras las reglas del juego, dice una cosa y hace otra y lo peor es que cuando le manifestamos nuestro malestar su respuesta fue "que la otra pareja candidata tenía mucha prisa".

Negative experience: Alquilé un piso con ellos y resultó que los electrodomésticos (campana extractora, lavadora, portero y sobretodo la caldera, todo me lo tuvieron que cambiar) estaban estropeados, no funcionaban y hasta me tuvieron que cortar el gas durante más de una semana porque la caldera expulsaba monoxido de carbono en el piso (tiempo que estuve que estar fuera de mi casa pagándolo porque en pleno febrero no se podía vivir sin calefacción y agua caliente). La cisterna la tuve que arreglar nada más entrar a vivir, los radiadores perdían agua y el portero a veces funciona y otras no. Todo esto en el plazo de 3 meses, y ellos se han desentendido de todo y siguen diciendo por encima de todo que el piso era habitable y que yo acepté el piso como estaba cuando firmé, claro está que cuando firmé me dijeron que el piso lo habían revisado y nadie me dijo que los electrodomésticos estaban de adorno, que me podría intoxicar por la caldera en mal estado y la instalación de gas ilegal. Después de poner esta crítica, me llamó la directora de la inmobiliaria diciéndome que poner malas críticas era de ser mala persona, que las malas críticas se hablan y no se publican para que las vea todo el mundo y me amenazó diciéndome que cuando se me acabara el contrato me iban a echar el susodicho piso. Alucinante el trato el público que dan, penoso.

Negative experience: Keykasa. Pilla el dinero y desparece. Vendi un piso con esta inmobiliaria, todo son prisas y carreras para firmar la venta. 6000 EUROS FIJOS DE COMISIÓN, la más cara de Valladolid sin duda. Y una vez firmado, ellos no se encargan de nada...ni cambios de titular en los suministros, ni facilitar documentación, ni hacer el estudio energético...todo te lo tienes que hacer tú, para facilitarles el trabajo y que pillen sus 6000 euritos. Buscad otra inmobiliaria y os ahorraréis dinero, tiempo y disgustos.
