Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever encountered. They posted an apartment, and we were interested in buying it. Despite being the first to call to request a visit and insisting a lot on our interest, we are still waiting for them to call us. Two hours after the first call, they took down the ad. I called again, and they told me it was because they were overwhelmed with calls about that apartment. I will reiterate that we were the first and our interest. The girl who attended me told me they would call us as soon as they had the keys. LIES. The apartment has been sold, and we haven't even been called to inform us. We had to call again ourselves because, as I said, we wanted to buy the apartment. Terrible service and zero professionalism. It is clear that the apartment was already sold before it was posted. You cannot trust them.

Negative experience: I was delivered a dirty apartment infested with bugs everywhere (I have videos as evidence), with air conditioning that didn't work and falling wood. They didn't fix anything for a whole year. Eventually, I ended up leaving the apartment because I couldn't take it anymore. Now, 6 months later, they still haven't refunded the money they owe me. I even had to involve a lawyer. Very poor management, I wouldn't recommend renting with this real estate agency to anyone. I will file a complaint.

Negative experience: After a month and a half behind a house and finally getting the area agent to meet us for a visit, we have the unpleasant surprise that there were tenants inside. Negative experience: They posted an apartment on Calle Reus 12, I showed up early at the real estate agency intending to make a reservation. I spoke with Merche who greeted me and assured me that they do not take reservations for the apartment because they do not accept reservations without seeing it first and that they still didn't have the keys. A company policy. She opened a waiting list (there was already a girl ahead) took my information and told me to stay calm as she would call me to see it and that if I liked it I could reserve it. After about 20 minutes, she called me to say that they had reserved the apartment. I asked: 'How can that be if you don’t have the keys and you refused to let me reserve it due to company policy?' She told me that they normally act this way but that this time it was different. I wasn’t surprised because I see that I’m not the first, but it did anger me the lack of commitment, word, professionalism, and the waste of time.

Fantastic experience: If you are in search of an agent to help you buy in Valencia, look no further. Eva Monzo from Kasabiba is an EXCEPTIONAL agent. We found the property on Idealista, and as can be expected in this market, there was A LOT of interest in this one. We sent some friends who live in Valencia to Kasabiba to find out about the property. There they met Eva who managed to arrange an in person showing that same evening. My friends recorded the showing virtually for us with Eva explaining in great detail the features of the apartment in the background. She stayed up for hours drawing up the deposit and sent it to us in both English and Spanish that same evening. Everyone recommended we get a buyers lawyer, but decided against it as Eva prepares the documents and details as if she’s buying for family, or even better for herself. Mind you, she was the sellers agent, but she helped us as if she were our agent as well. She has been in the business for over 25 years. Buying a property in your own state is complicated , but from overseas, it can be overwhelming and foreign. You want everything done swiftly, but more importantly executed to perfection. Whatever we needed she would answer via What’s App and made sure everything was prepared to perfection before any transaction was made. Our flight was delayed for almost a day and we barely made it to closing, adding to the stress of doing a transaction entirely from overseas. The closing was seamless and thorough. But it didn’t end there, after closing she continued to offer her expertise. We then had to set up electricity, gas, and water. Eva had us come to her office where she set up all our accounts. We would have never been able to figure that out. She doesn’t just work for her commission, she works as a professional, from beginning, during and after…There are obvious cultural and language hurdles that one must be open to, I am shocked by negative ratings as I would entrust her services to anyone. We keep saying thank goodness we found Eva, we have found our sales agent for Valencia forever, but more importantly than that, a trusted friend. Whatever you need before, during and after, she provides. Be patient she’s busy, but she will get it done. Forever grateful for finding her! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On both occasions, I was informed that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment that same morning; however, hours passed and they didn't even bother to return my call, not even in the afternoon. I completely understand that they may receive a high volume of calls, but that does not justify the lack of empathy and professionalism in dealing with customers. We are not talking about a simple product costing €50; the costs of their fees are significant and we deserve a service that reflects that investment. The experience of being ignored and left waiting without minimal communication is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect and demand a basic level of courtesy and commitment from the company. Unfortunately, this situation has left a very negative impression and makes me question whether their company truly values customer satisfaction.

My partner went to the office this morning on purpose to confirm a visit to an apartment we were interested in, since no one was answering our calls. They told us that to be the first to see the apartment, we had to be there at 2:00 PM. We rearranged our plans, left work early, arrived at the indicated address, and while we were waiting at the door, Merche called us and said she had just sold the apartment to someone else. A shameless person who only looks out for her own interests, who didn't even have the courage to meet us in person.

Negative experience: Aún comprando la casa, tuve que ir detrás de ellos para las gestiones. Estoy muy descontento con el trato recibido. En especial con Eva, no contesta a mis llamadas, pasa de mis emails, si he conseguido algo ha sido siempre por ir detrás de ellos. Con el banco que trabaja con ellos Unicaja, más de lo mismo. Pasotismo total. Ahora mismo tengo un problema con la vivienda y llevo más de un mes esperando contestación.

El proceso de entrada fue muy lento porque la chica (Eva Monzó) nunca me cogía el teléfono, tuve que insistir mucho para quedarme tranquila. Cuando llegamos al piso, no estaba en condiciones para vivir (adjunto fotos), a pesar de que ella lo había «supervisado». No han querido hacerse cargo de una nueva limpieza y ahora tampoco nos resuelven un problema con el gas y no podemos cocinar desde hace días. Opino que hay una gran falta de profesionalidad y no la recomiendo en absoluto.

Hasta que se les acumularon los juicios por tomar y se declararon insolvente para no devolver el dinero a todos los estafados? Y así cerró la empresa y la abrieron solo cambiando la v por la b?

Negative experience: Llamé a la inmobiliaria me atendió una chica, le pregunté por un piso y me dijo que me llamaría un chico para enseñarmelo que quedará con el.. resulta que el chico me cuenta que ya hay dos personas interesadas en ese piso y que le pilla lejos para enseñármelo que si viviera donde yo vivo me lo enseñaría, ya ves qué ganas de vender ..le vuelvo a llamar a los días para ver si me lo puede enseñar y me dice que en hora y media te llamo y hasta hoy por lo que veo el piso ya no está ya está vendido no mostró ningún interés no lo recomiendo para nada.

Negative experience: Las formas y buena cara que ponen para sacarte dinero cambia cuando ya lo han cobrado. No están cuando se les necesita y ya no tienen nada más que cobrar. Muy desagradable. No creo que sea difícil encontrar inmobiliarias con más valores que ellos. A mi me la han hecho una vez, no serán dos.

Fantastic experience: Me fue difícil en un principio conseguir mi hogar aquí en España, puesto que no me entendía con ninguna de las inmobiliarias que visité aquí en valencia. Todos miraban por sus intereses ¿pero quien miraba por los míos? Ya sin esperanzas acudí por esta página a Kasabiba y descubrí solo en la primera cita que esta era mi oportunidad de tener mi hogar el que acabo de adquirir y ya disfruto. Fui atendido por la agente Eva Monzó quien me atendió a la altura de una gran profecional, respondiendo con claridad a todas mis preguntas e inquietudes, dejándome fuera de dudas con el mejor de los tratos que es el trato humano. Estoy muy contento y agradecido por el trabajo de este maravilloso equipo y en especial con la agente Eva Monzó. Una vez más muchas gracias.

Negative experience: NO SON DE FIAR, me hicieron visitar un piso en venta hice una propuesta me dijeron que no hacia falta escribir contrato todo con la confianza ... Que esa es la forma de trabajar de toda la vida... Que no hacia falta dar arras. Me llamaron para decir que la propuesta estaba aceptada. Que teniamos que reunirnos con la propietaria para firmar las arras. Al final me dan cita y el dia de la cita por la mañana mismo me cancelan la cita de por la tarde diciendo que otra persona viene a FIRMAR !!!! Lo que significa que seguian haciendo visitas...HALLUCINANTE, trabajo con muchas agencias pero esto JAMAS ME OCURRIO. ESTA AGENCIA NO ES PROFESIONAL. Me hizo las visitas una mujer llamada Merce. Pienso como el moderador de google que las opiniones son compradas y que esas 5 estrellas son falsas...
