Negative experience: I am very upset with Eduardo from this agency. After visiting the rental flat for my mother and waiting to sign the contract, he told me that the commission has changed and that we have to pay much more. After getting my mother’s hopes up, I had to give up. I don't even understand why, as a tenant, I have to pay the real estate commission when I was going to rent a flat without knowing. The initial modest price of 175 euros was fine, but the later one... has left a bitter taste in my mouth...

Fantastic experience: Les conoci por la adquisición de una vivienda para invertir y alquilarla. Fue llegar y ver lo que yo buscaba (no encontraba tras muchas i visitas a otras inmobiliarias).Los trámites de la compra fueron realizados por ellos (el banco con el que contraté el préstamo, recomendado por ellos, genial(con un tipo de interés inmejorable). Compré el piso y ellos mismos me buscaron una inquilina perfecta (paga sin problemas y cuida el piso como si fuera suyo). Estoy encantada, tanto a nivel profesional como humano. Son un encanto. Se que puedo contar con ellos siempre.
