Negative experience: I DO NOT RECOMMEND the experience with this real estate agency and with the bank manager they recommended to me firsthand in the agency (they work together), I feel deceived. They explained the mortgage conditions to me and I have the papers where they made the notes and gave me the mortgage estimate recommending the fixed rate. As of today, I am paying DOUBLE the monthly amount of what they estimated because they eventually put me on a variable rate because they inundate you with a lot of information, a lot of sheets and documents, documents that I find hard to understand due to the technical concepts and my lack of experience. I trust in the goodwill of people but this is a mistake. On a variable rate and in bad conditions because I was researching and comparing with other banks based on the fixed rate offer and with the papers they gave me before signing. The advisor, the girl from the agency, and the guy from the bank seemed very close, trustworthy, and friendly, but no, pure falsehood. A learning experience for me. With 3 years of mortgage, with 17 years ahead and PAYING DOUBLE what was estimated. Furthermore, on the other hand, they kept calling me several times pressuring me to give them the phone number of the owner of the house I was in previously so they could manage the sale of her property. Something that is not legal, I don't have to give anyone's phone number, and they shouldn't be insisting on it repeatedly! I do not recommend it, or in case of buying a property with them, do not trust what they say and then what they do.

Fantastic experience: I invest in real estate and I met Aska in Nou Moles through an advertisement. Alejandro showed me the property but the deal didn't go through, however, he perfectly understood what I wanted and hasn't stopped until he hit the nail on the head. A team that gives everything for the service, they listen to the client and adapt! They will have a recurring client in me!!
