Fantastic experience: Thanks to Paris and Esteban for their involvement in the sale of my parents' apartment. In less than 3 months, they sold the property; everything has been easy and quick. They addressed all our questions for my parents' peace of mind. Even after the sale, they cared about our entire move. We would definitely work with them again.

Negative experience: We went to see an apartment (Wednesday) with them to buy, we liked it very much and Paris told us he would hold it until Saturday to give the reservation money all with a signed contract. On Friday we went to pay the reservation and..... SURPRISE!!!!! He had sold it, this man is so unprofessional, after having us there for 3 hours and wasting our time. We will also file a complaint and of course make a terrible reputation for that office, just as terrible as his management has been.

Negative experience: We know of a relative who sold their property with them, and it has been a journey full of difficulties and deceit on the part of this real estate agency. They lost money in the sales process and attempted several times to squeeze more money out of them for certain actions that they claimed were necessary. Thankfully, during the process, they were able to rely on the help of their trusted lawyer, and they couldn't scam them any further. If you are looking to work with them on the sale or purchase of a property, I recommend having a lawyer advise you from minute 0 to prevent this from happening again.

Negative experience: June/28/2024. DISASTROUS!!! Misleading posting —> Says it's a ground floor but it’s a basement. Even the intercom indicates that it's a basement. Before visiting, we asked about this feature and they told us (Fabiola) that the property was a ground floor. If you have to go down a floor to reach the building, it’s not a ground floor; it’s a basement. Plus, there was false information about the square meters of the property which said 55m2 but the agent told us it was less than 40m2. MANDATORY financial assessment to be able to visit the property —> They trap you, they coerce and blackmail you because if you want to see the property, they 'force' you to do a financial assessment with Kiron. If you don’t do the financial assessment, you won’t be able to visit. I already have a pre-approved mortgage with my bank (for an amount higher than the price of the property I wanted to visit), which I showed to the Kiron lady, and this lady, after seeing the documentation, told me that those documents are not valid. How can she say that the information provided by BBVA is not reliable? BBVA is the third most important bank in Spain! But the information that Kiron gives to its 'clients' is credible?! Visit sheet —> You must go to the Tecnocasa office to sign the visit sheet. Commission —> 3% + VAT. For both buyer and seller. Kiron —> Arrogant attitude, Daniela literally told us that if we didn’t want to do the financial assessment, we could leave the office, but that we wouldn’t be able to visit the property. Contract of Arras —> A lot but a lot of caution! Get informed! There are different types of arras contracts that can be chosen by mutual agreement by the buyer or the seller, according to Kiron and this agency, the arras contract they implement is the Penitential Arras. Here’s a second blackmail which is: if you don’t hire the mortgage with Kiron and decide to get your mortgage with another financial entity and if you encounter any problems and the purchase-sale of the property cannot be finalized, the seller keeps 10% of the arras contract, but if you hire the mortgage with Kiron, you get that 10% back. TERRIBLE experience!!! Between the incorrect information about the property both on the web and from the person supplying it, and the blackmail they want to impose on you with Kiron with their financial assessment and attempts to sell you their services. es

Negative experience: After scheduling a date to visit a property, the agent who attended to me, very kind and polite, completely ignored me. After telling her about 3 times that I already had my mortgage pre-approved with a bank and that I just wanted to visit the house, she forced me to do a financial study. I had to leave because she wouldn't show me the apartment unless I filled out the questionnaire... This is already the fifth time that this company has exhausted my patience. I do not share their aggressive and, of course, unprofessional policy.

En todas las visitas que estoy haciendo buscando piso,jamás me encontrado con tanta incompetencia y un trato tan penosa hacia mi persona Que tenga que dar yo mis datos económicos sin antes saber si me interesa o no un piso.
