I requested to filter prospective tenants based on verified solvency, without personal issues or conflicts with the homeowners' community, and to take care of the property. After explaining all this, he got to work with his team, and within a few days, I already had several interested parties. Efrén handled the visits with the clients; he is also a serious, polite, and effective person, keeping me informed about each visit. I must THANK the treatment received from the team at this Puente Vallecas office, ESPECIALLY ISMAEL, whose approach, tact, and professionalism are sublime, even attending calls or WhatsApp messages outside working hours to close a rental contract, taking care of the utility changes, unpaid rent insurance, and any questions I had. They sell us an apartment that they say is in perfect condition, and we have had to change the electrical and plumbing installations. The day after moving in, a leak in the kitchen that affects the neighbor. A leak from the roof in a bedroom with the wall rotten from moisture. Two days before signing and handing over the keys, they cancel and delay it by 13 days. In the afternoon they called me, saying that they couldn't give it to me until a month later because the owner was going on vacation! I explained that I couldn't move everything twice in a row, but since there was no way out, I finally accepted. The next day, they said that the bathroom, which they had committed to renovate, was no longer included for that price. They also hadn't given me the prices including VAT until I asked about it, and of course, it ultimately turned out to be €430. I'm tired of such nonsense; they are even trying to make me sign the contract saying that the clauses could be modified later. Today I got fed up and told them that I definitely didn't want to rent it anymore because I couldn't trust either them or the owner... What was their response? They are keeping the deposit! Because I unilaterally broke the deal! Incredible!!! You are trading on people's needs knowing that after signing the contract, their problems will no longer be yours, as you specify in a clause... You have no shame! In response to your reply: 1° Yes, it was on idealista. 2° If, as you say, the agreement was made, I suppose you will have proof of it, and I ask you to show it or retract. I keep a promise of lease by which I should already be occupying the property (see photos) and in WhatsApp the subsequent conversation about the changes in the pre-agreement (I would prefer not to upload them either). 3° Regarding 'doing things differently', well, I don't think this is the place to discuss the legal and labor recognition that artisans have in the Spanish state, which forces us to adapt as best we can to the legislation, but above all to cling to this to respond to my accusations seems unacceptable to me. I have reported you to the consumer office, and since bureaucracy is slow, I am exploring other avenues and hope to communicate them soon.

Negative experience: Una vergüenza, si no queréis perder el tiempo no contactéis con esta oficina. Pusieron un piso a la venta el cual, hablé con ellos y me dijeron que no se podía visitar por que no estaba el propietario, me llamarían para hacer una visita. Quitaron el anuncio, volví a llamar, y me dijeron que no había problema que yo estaba el primero para hacer una visita. El día que supuestamente podían comenzar las visitas, no me contactan, les vuelvo a contactar, y me dicen que ya se ha vendido. Les pido una explicación y nada. El comercial ante mi descontento solo contestaba con un “aja” en tono jocoso, mostrando desinterés y dejadez. No es manera de tratar a un cliente reírse en su cara literalmente. Antes de esto ya me dejaron colgado en otra visita. Desde luego no volveré a contactarles ni a intentar comprar un piso con ellos, ya que es un esfuerzo en vano con esta gente.

Todos ellos transmiten su entusiasmo y profundo conocimiento del sector, aparte de amabilidad, transparencia y confianza. Y es que su labor no acaba cuando venden un piso o lo alquilan, sino que cualquier duda o asesoramiento del tipo que sea, incluso aunque no les competa a ellos pues son temas legales o de otros inumebles ajenos a su agencia, están siempre ahí. Y, repito, esto no ha cambiado en los más de 3 años que hace que ya los conozco, sino que mejora cada día. He comprado en otro Tecnocasa que prefiero no mencionar, y esto hace aún valorar mejor la experiencia y el concepto que tengo acerca de esta oficina en concreto, pues no es la marca Tecnocasa sino sus empleados lo que hace destacar a esta oficina por encima de las demás.
