Negative experience: I would never recommend this real estate agency; they are very friendly until they get their money, and then it's just excuses when you talk to Pilar. She says she can't do anything anymore. I had a house for rent, and the tenants who rented it were 'good acquaintances' of hers who were 100% recommendable. The service we received left much to be desired; when it came to drafting the contract, we had to modify many things, 'what a professional'. Thanks to her recommendation, we had to replace all the appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, extractor, stove, oven) that were less than 8 years old, in addition to many things that 'broke', and now that they have left, we are missing quite a bit of furniture. The last month they won't pay us, according to the tenants, because Pilar told them we wouldn't return the deposit, once again a good recommendation. In light of this situation we were experiencing, my sister wrote a review and they called her insulted, disrespectful, and with threats; they didn't even let her speak and hung up the phone. Before the Google review, we tried to talk to Pilar, and she wouldn't pick up the phone or respond to WhatsApp until she saw her review, a great coincidence... We went by the office, and the person who was in the office was on vacation; she answered the phone on speaker and kept talking in a loud and out-of-context tone, telling us all the time that she couldn't do anything (of course, she had already advised her acquaintances). We requested a complaint form, and she told the person who was there that she didn't have one, despite having a sign indicating otherwise; we waited for more than 30 minutes.

Negative experience: I would never recommend this real estate agency. The owner, Pilar, treats people with such a lack of respect and education that leaves much to be desired. Besides being a bad professional in the market, she takes advantage of good people and looks out for her own interests.

We are trying to talk to the tenant because we proposed that we might sell the property and that their contract, which lasts until February, would be respected. However, it seems they want to leave before that time. The tenants are not responding to us, but Pilar isn’t answering calls or messages either. The tenants were very trustworthy, and they have thrown away furniture without asking for permission. In short, all Pilar did was bring in the tenants and take her part of the money, because even the contract she drafted was wrong and we had to correct it. I do not recommend her at all.

Negative experience: Fui a visitar un local por el que pedían 800€ por 170 m2, no tenía mala pinta ... Nada las entrar me contaron que hubo un asesinato al anterior propietario y que 9 personas estaban en la cárcel, guau! Menuda presentación! . No contenta Pilar, la persona que me atendió que de primeras fue muy amable , al día siguiente contacto conmigo para decirme que ya no había nadie más interesado en el local y yo tan solo dije que se escapaba de mi presupuesto y que la zona no me convencía.... De ahí un cúmulo de mensaje a voz diciendo barbaridades y de muy malas formas. No tengo más que decir que el profesional no habla mal, no alza la voz y no trata mal al cliente. Llegando a decir que esperaba no encontrase con gente como yo ... De qué me conoce a mi ? He faltado al respeto? Tan solo conté por qué no me interesaban! Sí les molesta, lo siento muchísimo, pero así no funcionan las relaciones humanas sanas y mucho menos así no se es profesional. Att: una clienta

Además, el 100% de las veces que he ido a su oficina había algún cliente descontento reclamándoles algo. Vamos, que no son de fiar. Un consejo: Desconfien de ellos.

Negative experience: Voy a ver un piso un Lunes, hago una oferta y me dicen que el Jueves sin falta me dicen algo, el Jueves no sé nada, llamo TODOS los días varias veces y hasta el martes siguiente no me dicen, que se lo han reservado a otra persona.
