I have a relative who, after agreeing on a house with them and paying the deposit, received a call after several months to meet with them and tell him that the seller has backed out and no longer wants to sell. We agree that one has the right to change their mind, but what is shameful is that you sign a contract stating that if you back out, they must compensate you as the law requires. Contracts are signed to be fulfilled; this agency should have forced the seller to comply with the law and sued the seller. Instead, they cowardly told the buyer that they could do nothing since the seller has a problem and they can do absolutely nothing. This agency has taken advantage of this relative's good will and hasn't even offered to compensate him for the rent he has paid during the waiting period. They are quick to charge commissions, but when it comes to standing up and taking responsibility, what they do is shameful. That’s why I inform about what they do in this office, so everyone knows that when deciding to buy a house, they should think very carefully before doing business with them and look for true professionals.

Negative experience: Recently, my family had an extremely disappointing experience with Tecnocasa. We had agreed on the sale of a house and signed a deposit contract. However, after making my family waste time and effort, we received a call informing us that the seller, being of Roma ethnicity, had a family member with a gambling addiction who had spent all the money given by the buyer, that is, my family. They told us that another compatriot of theirs, who is a loan shark, would provide the money but argued that, according to an article, they could retract from the sale without having to pay the penalty for not complying with the deposit contract signed by both parties and only refunding the money already given. We felt completely deceived and disillusioned. This situation left us not only without the house we were expecting but also with a huge loss of time and money, as we had to keep paying rent in the meantime. The lack of professionalism and the excuses presented by Tecnocasa were unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend trusting Tecnocasa for buying or selling properties. Our experience was full of lies and a lack of responsibility, leaving us in a very complicated situation and without the house we desired so much. To make matters worse, my family left a similar negative review as there was no other option, and one of the employees called them reprimanding them and asking for explanations about why their negative review in a pejorative tone. Everything is lamentable, and finally, I must say not to handle the banking paperwork with them because on top of the extremely high amount they charge for taking the papers to Kiron, they charge one 6000€, and since the operation went wrong, if they managed it with that financial institution, you are left without a house, without hope, and with debt.

Negative experience: Evitad esta inmobiliaria. En una compra con ellos no han sido profesionales en absoluto. El intento de engaño ha sido constante por su parte. Cobran tanto a la parte compradora como a la vendedora por un servicio nefasto, por no decir inexistente. Por no hablar del servicio de Kiron, que lo único que hace es llevar tus papeles al banco (cosa que puede hacer cualquiera) y piden unos honorarios de 6000 euros.

Negative experience: Hemos visto un piso para alquilar que lo llevan ellos.Nos hemos acercado un par de veces,más bien entro mi marido para pedir cita para poder ver el piso.Te piden tu número de telf pero nunca te llaman.Pero para llamar al timbre de tu puerta si que son amables,para preguntarte si eres el dueño de la vivienda si quieres vender el piso.
