Negative experience: Zero rating.... They are harassers, they have no moral ethics, hearts of ice, they are wolves in sheep's clothing. They made us pay almost €5,000 for not reading what we signed, an exclusivity contract that we signed without being warned of what it was, we are two sisters aged 69 and 73 years old... and under an apparently relaxed atmosphere with laughter, jokes, good faces, and a lot of people in the office, they hurriedly gave us the contract without explaining anything. From that day on, constant calls, WhatsApp at all hours, visits to our home, a harassment that made us cancel the contract, but it was unfortunate that it was just when a month had passed since we signed it, which led to a €5,000 fine that we had to pay all at once, they did not allow us to postpone the payment over three or four months since we are retired, so on June 25, when we received our pension, we had to deposit it into their account. On the other hand, the apartment we were selling is rented until October, and they knew it because we told them from the beginning that we would not sell until October because we had made a commitment to the tenants, yet they were willing to sell it with them inside and increase their rent.... truly despicable.... and that they would come to our home to take pictures secretly from the tenants, lying to them, that’s how Technocasa operates. It's hard to believe that companies like this exist, I think they train them, brainwash them before letting them sell. Seriously, they are thieves, hyenas, vultures, wolves in sheep’s clothing. This is the third time I write this, I hope they publish it because from this morning until now I haven’t seen the review, nor has anyone in my surroundings.

Negative experience: I give one star because I can't put less. Regrettable service with this agency. Very annoying, misleading, and deceptive with the sole purpose of achieving their objective. Zero recommendations. Terrible. Not for buying or selling.

Negative experience: They are very persistent, they have been entering my portal several times a month for years, I don't even know which neighbor opens the door, they ring the bell for each apartment, greet you by name, take pictures of the mailboxes, and start asking if you are the owner and if they can come in to talk to you and show you the land registry and your house. If not, they hand you a brochure and note down several details, including whether you are home or not. This is very frequent and they want sensitive information about you and your home, be very careful. They also fill mailboxes with brochures and doors with cards, which violates my privacy, tranquility, and security. It seems they are also interested in knowing which houses are usually 'abandoned' and be careful with the data and how they use it.

Negative experience: Lamentable el acoso y derribo que hacen con los que vendemos una vivienda. No solo no se cansan de escribirte por los chats de aplicaciones si no que se dedican a buscar tu información personal de contacto y a llamar haciendose pasar por conocidos / clientes. Muy rastrero todo.

Negative experience: Comisiones abusivas, para el mal servicio que dan. Nunca volveré a dar en exclusiva a esta agencia, la venta de un piso, en el primer contacto todos son buenas palabras y luego parece como si tu no fueras su cliente, lo único que les importa es el cobro de su comisión, que para eso sí se dan prisa. A parte he tenido falta de respeto. Al único que salvo es al financiero de Kiron.
