Negative experience: Better to get into a cage with wild animals than in this Tecnocasa store. I sold with them and bought a house, thanks to God with another real estate agency. I signed the sale on March 21, 2024, and signed a temporary lease until my new house for a period of 2 months, I had to leave on May 21. I had the courtesy to pay 700 euros to the person who bought my house so that the rent for the entire month of May would be covered. An unexpected surgery came up in May because I was bleeding, and I had to have two polyps removed from my uterus just on May 21. Well, they had the cold blood, both them and the one who bought the flat, to kick me out on the very day I was operated on, despite my pleading to let me stay until May 23. They didn’t care a bit that I was moving and carrying boxes after the surgery; I mean, their malice is very strong. I leave this reflection here so you can get an idea of the kind of people they are. And if I may give you a piece of advice, do not pay rent to anyone during a temporary contract, because it’s not an obligation. I did it out of consideration for the buyer, and she was not grateful at all; she didn’t have the same consideration for me. On top of that, the insipid ones say that I am unmanageable. But well... as the saying goes: 'You can't ask an elm for pears.' A lack of education and culture is what it is, gentlemen.

Negative experience: The worst experience and waste of time, money, and energy of my life. We wanted to see a place, to which the 'advisor' assigned to us did not show up for the appointment (Aaron). We had to go to the office to see what was going on because he wasn't picking up the phone either. Alejandro showed us the place. A few days later, we repeated the visit to present a proposal and make our interest in renting clear. Again, the so-called Aaron did not show up and it was left in the hands of the other colleague. Then it was 3 weeks of them telling us they were talking to the owner but never clearly saying anything. I had to keep calling him and waiting for his response every 3 days. The response was, 'Tomorrow the owner will come by and we will talk.' Or that he had to talk to the daughter. Or that both were coming. I don't know how many times the lady came by and what they talked about to never give me a clear answer. When it finally seemed like everything was going to be finalized, I asked to give the deposit for the place and start the procedures: 'Okay, yes, I’ll let you know, I’ll talk to the owner,' he tells me. I waited 5 days, sending him WhatsApp and making phone calls, to which he told me that now he wants to talk to a nephew and asking if I could wait another week. That was on January 3, 2024, today is January 9. Nobody has said anything to me, nor do they respond through any means. Obviously, I will not insist anymore, but thanks to them I have lost other options for places. Since December 11, it has been a joke. First and last experience with this company obviously.

Negative experience: Actualizo mi reseña pues, después de un año, afortunadamente he conseguido una solución a través de Jorge (comercial de la misma oficina) quién realmente se preocupó por informarse sobre el problema, dialogar y llegar a un consenso. Un apunte, TECNOCASA: No todas las compra-ventas son un "simple" trámite y contar con comerciales resolutivos, con experiencia y capacidad de diálogo hace que, en situaciones fuera del "standard", el cliente sienta la seguridad/tranquilidad de que está apoyado y acompañado frente a cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir por alguna de las partes. La capacidad de diálogo y resolución será siempre el mejor aliado de un comercial para conseguir resultados positivos a medio y largo plazo. Gracias de nuevo Jorge. ============ RESEÑA INICIAL ============ Como me hubiera gustado correr la misma suerte de todos los que han evaluado con 5 estrellas y no haberme encontrado con que compré un piso en el que TECNOCASA no se preocupó por comprobar que el propietario había estado ROBANDO CORRIENTE DE LA COMUNIDAD durante 5 años (incluso SIN CONTADOR), y a mí en todo momento me "vendieron" que estaba todo correcto...al entrar, SORPRESA, entre la falta de CONTADOR (y todo lo que esto conlleva en dinero y tiempo) y un corte total del servicio de Gas (por deudas del anterior propietario) el piso estuvo INHABITABLE durante TODO UN MES (gastos van y gastos vienen...) ¿y TECNOCASA? muy bien! con su comisión en el bolsillo y Jonatan (TECNOCASA) lavándose las manos y pasando la pelota al anterior propietario que, por supuesto, con un historial así, tampoco va a dar la cara.....Os podría contar mucho más pero no os quiero aburrir, así que lo dejo a vuestra imaginación, todo cabe... Conclusión: 6 meses después ninguno de ellos ha tenido la poca vergüenza de responder a NINGUNA RECLAMACIÓN, ni siquiera a las llamadas de mi abogada. Pero tranquilos, que a "todo cerdo le llega su San Martín"... A LOS NUEVOS CLIENTES: CUIDADO! con lo que compráis aquí, que si tenéis un poco de "suerte" y el comercial que os pilla es amigo del vendedor, ya os puede estar vendiendo un piso con todo robado y no os vais a enterar hasta "intentar" entrar a vivir....
