Negative experience: I do not recommend them, despite having some things well-priced, they may try to sell you toxic assets. You have to check that everything is documented, that the square meters are what they appear in the cadastre, that there are no squatters in the apartment, that the ownership is clear, etc., you have to verify everything with them. They are more reliable than Red piso, Tengotucasa, and others that are nearby, on Alcalá street. Even buying through Idealista is better. If you take the risk with them, well, good luck. My experience has not been good.

Negative experience: I bought a house with them and the experience was quite dreadful. The house they sold me was an inheritance that was not resolved, and it hasn't been settled even 4 months after signing the agreement, which led me to change banks because my loan expired (the fein), change notaries for signing, an increase in interest rates, increased costs, and moral damages. They charge you fees from the very first second and pressure you to bring them money quickly, and on top of that, they do nothing for you, not even a call in 4 months to keep you informed. Additionally, they speak to you with arrogance. I recommend that if it is an unresolved inheritance, do not buy from them because they will scam you; it drags on indefinitely and then they take no responsibility for anything, leaving you to bear double the costs and interest. SCAMMERS, HORRIBLE AND DREADFUL EXPERIENCE.

Negative experience: Fatal la experiencia con esta oficina de tecno casa. Empezando por el comercial y lo inepto que es a la hora de responder dudas, lo lento que habla y explica las cosas es exasperante, el tener que repetir absolutamente TODO más de tres veces porque no entiende absolutamente NADA. Nos dejo un email para enviar la documentación para estudiar la solvencia a un alquiler de piso, y empezando porque el email es un email personal acabado en @hotmail y no es de empresa o por lo menos de la inmobiliaria como tal, lo que genera desconfianza de primeras, entregarle tus datos a un email random. No nos hicieron firmar ni política de privacidad de datos ni absolutamente NADA por entregarles todos nuestros datos vía mail. Al enviar el email para el estudio de solvencia, me dejan en espera, haciendo que repita todo más de tres veces porque no “encontraban” el mail en su bandeja de llegada y terminan diciéndome que ya otra persona ha reservado el piso esa misma mañana. Me hicieron perder mi tiempo que es lo más importante y encima se han quedado con nuestros datos y documentos en un email personal que asumo será del comercial. Pues ahora a saber… La verdad que HORRIBLE experiencia. Agradezco que alguien más lo haya reservado porque a pesar de la desesperación de encontrar un piso donde vivir JAMÁS alquilaría ni me interesaría por pisos de esta inmobiliaria y mucho menos gestionado por ese comercial.
