Fantastic experience: We sold my parents' apartment with Inmobiliarias Encuentro, specifically with Kevin Neuville. Despite my distrust of real estate agencies due to past experiences, we decided to go with Kevin because of his manner, friendliness, and people skills. He took care of the marketing and involved us in the process. Later, they handled the signing, and there were no surprises, very professional.

Negative experience: They are not trustworthy, be careful! I visited the apartment with Kevin and David. I left a deposit on the first visit. Then it turned out that the listing didn’t have the square meters they claimed (about 15m2 less), nor the parking space, they said it was a mistake…). Still, I decided to move forward and they told me that the one paying the 3% commission was me as the BUYER and not the sellers. Something I had never seen until now. After the second visit, and deciding to buy it, they told me that it was mandatory to sign the deposit directly, without knowing if the owners would accept my offer which was €5,000 below the advertised price. I gave them a deadline of one week to return the signed deposit. The deadline passed and they didn’t tell me anything. They took 9 days from when I signed, to send me an email saying that the owners had decided to sell the apartment to acquaintances. It turns out they had known for 5 days. David had called me on the phone, but as I couldn’t answer during my work hours, 15 minutes after his call, I sent him a message asking to pass the information by email, as it took him 5 days to do so. A shame. He told me that in all those days, he hadn’t had time to write to me. With that, one can get an idea of the treatment a client gets when they were asking them to pay €20,000 in buying fees even before signing the deeds. A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.
