Negative experience: They lied to us when they gave us information about the apartment, they said that the premises of the promotion would never be a bar, and that the owner had bought it to set up the headquarters of his machinery business, and a year later, talking to the owner of the premises, he told us that he never said what he had bought it for, that he just wanted to invest, and that he did not rule out any business, whether it was a bar or any other that came with the money. Furthermore, the headquarters of his business were already in another location across from the promotion we purchased several years ago. They made a mistake with the deed of the apartment and had to redo it on the fly, trying not to let us notice. They kept us in their offices for three hours on the signing day, having to go down to move the car because it is a regulated parking zone and you have to pay the corresponding fee. They gave us the excuse that the notary hadn't arrived yet, and we could see him there the whole time. That's how they work, you know what to expect if you have to deal with them.

Negative experience: Me parece todo un engaño. Publicidad engañosa. Suben de precio los chalets en dos días y ni siquiera los has podido ver. Mala imagen desde luego. Dicen que tiene piscina y luego no es así. Peor imposible

Negative experience: En resumen ha sido una experiencia nefasta de compraventa de un piso sobre plano. Todo fue bien hasta que 15 meses después en la única visita de cortesía que ofrecieron del piso, ni el suelo del piso, ni los azulejos de la cocina ni de los baños coincidía con lo que había elegido y firmado en el documento de reserva del piso. Al finalizar la visita se me comento que se iba a solucionar el problema aprovechando que aún estaba la constructora en el edificio. Entonces empezó el proceso de pasarse la pelota, de la inmobiliaria a la constructora y a la promotora, durante dos meses han estado dándome escusas o ni respondiendo, a los emails ni a las llamadas, sin ningún tipo de solución. Ayer a una semana de firmar, me entero por teléfono que el comercial encargado de la compraventa entregó tarde la ficha de selección de acabados y no entró en el plazo fijado por la constructora. Sigo sin ningún tipo de solución a este problema. Por lo que desafortunadamente ante esta falta de profesionalidad por parte del equipo comercial encargado en el Cañaveral no puedo recomendar esta empresa, ni estoy contento con su trabajo.
