Negative experience: I was deceived by this real estate agency. The daughter asked me for a deposit and then they didn't want to rent me the apartment (saying it was because I didn't provide the documents). I asked for my money back and she kept 180 euros. An older woman, the owner, who is unprofessional and doesn't understand how hard one works to gather that money.

After the agency had completed all the paperwork to provide you with the rental, the only person who was legally able to sign the contract was outside of Madrid and could not come to sign physically at any time, which the company cannot allow. After having carried out such a management and not having provided all the complete information by the future tenant, the agency charged for the costs corresponding to the rental processing that they had carried out efficiently. Unfortunately, this whole situation could have been avoided if you had provided the true information from the beginning. Hoping to have clarified the incident, best regards.

Fantastic experience: Dimos hace aproximadamente un mes con Teresa por casualidad. Negative experience: Tienen por costumbre mostrar fotos que no se corresponden con los pisos reales. Mucho cuidado con ellos, muy poco profesionales, nada recomendables.

Le comento que debe haber un error, todos nuestros pisos tienen las fotos correspondientes e incluso muchos de ellos cuentan con un vídeo para apreciar un poco más el espacio y distribución. Negative experience: Piden señal por hacer una oferta de un piso, y cobran comisión al comprador. Una de las personas que atiende no lleva muy bien el uso de la mascarilla. Además, me parece una falta de respecto que en un trayecto de la oficina al piso a visitar de 5min se pusiera a fumar con la mascarilla apartada y sin guardar la distancia de seguridad. Creo que en los tiempos que corren deberían ser más cuidadosos.
Negative experience: Unos impresentables, no solo tardaron en hacer un presupuesto sino que además me pusieron 50mil x debajo del valor del mercado y 10mil de comisión y el mismo piso del vecino lo vendieron por 60€ mas

Siempre he sido reacia a las inmobiliarias pero debido a que vivimos en el extranjero no teníamos otra opción para vender nuestro piso de Moratalaz. Aunque hay muchísimas agencias alrededor, decidimos elegir una agencia local. Teresa, la propietaria, no es el prototipo de vendedora de inmobiliaria. Es directa, clara y no se deshace en halagos.
