At first, there may even be some reluctance to assign the sale to a real estate agency because they take a portion (albeit a very small one) of the sale of the apartment. However, let's be honest. Do you want to sell your house and do you want to do it quickly and easily? Yes. Then go to the Tecnocasa office located on Calle Arroyo de las Pilillas in Moratalaz. I am going to share my personal experience with them, which could not be more satisfactory. My family decided a few weeks ago to sell a house located in Moratalaz that we inherited from my father. We hired the professional services of Marta and Rafael from Tecnocasa - Arroyo de las Pilillas, and in a very few days (3 or 4), they already had a buyer. And at a fair price for both us and the buyer. Our idea when hiring their services was to find a buyer in the minimum time; that the sale price was attractive for us; to have commercial, legal, and tax advice; to make the closing of the operation and the paperwork involved easy; and to significantly reduce the stress and headaches involved in dealing with all the calls and information requests, the planning of visits, obtaining the necessary documentation for the sale, preparing contracts and documents (deposits, purchase and sale, signals, etc.). Given our personal situation, the truth is that we did not have much time to carry out the sale of our house, nor all the paperwork involved, but they helped us with all the management and more. Negative experience: Contactar con ellos, lo más difícil del mundo, tanto por teléfono como por correo electrónico. Y lo peor es que, cuando consigues por fin contactarles por teléfono y agenciar una cita para un día y hora determinados, te comentan que ese mismo día te llamarán para confirmar o no que la cita será posible. No te llaman ni siquiera para decirte que al final no será posible, por lo que la seriedad de esta inmobiliaria está seriamente en duda. Desde luego, no se puede confiar en ellos.

Positive experience: El trato recibido y la predisposición han sido inmejorables durante toda la gestión. Debo decir que Rafael hizo un trabajo de maravillas. Veníamos con malas experiencias en otras agencias inmobiliarias y la verdad que Rafa estuvo atento todo el tiempo tanto antes, durante e incluso después de concretar la operación.
