Negative experience: We went months ago in search of a property in the area, and we were attended by Marilyn. They took our information and told us they would contact us when there were available properties in the area and also send us some emails, neither of which happened. In the meantime, we found a house, bought it, moved in, and never received a single email, nor did they contact us at all. Thank goodness we weren't in a hurry. Additionally, the bad impression you get when you walk in and see the employees cutting avocado on the work table with the tortillas next to it. If you're in a hurry to find a house, don't go to this place!

We intended to rent a property that appears on her own website, and even with the details in front of my eyes, she denied that the property was for rent... something unheard of... as if I were blind or not reading the details at that very moment. The lack of professionalism and the lack of courtesy in recognizing that they had made a mistake have left us perplexed. Negative experience: Unos impresentables, no devuelven toda la fianza del alquiler porque el piso estaba sucio segun ellos, sin aportar fotos ni nada. No es mala forma de sacarse un extra de navidad, pero de esta semana no pasa que pongamos la denuncia

Negative experience: Nuestra experiencia fue muy pésima. Desde un principio nos quisieron engañar con las condiciones del contrato, el primer mes de estar viviendo en el piso el agente inmobiliario nos informa de que el agua corre a cuenta del propietario, pero más adelante nos vienen a instalar un contador nuevo a cargo de este y resulta que a partir de ese momento el agua la pagariamos nosotros, sin comunicarnos absolutamente nada. Cuando decidimos irnos del piso, unos días antes de irnos lo dejamos completamente limpio y en perfecto estado, fijamos una cita con la comercial para la devolución de llaves, ella misma nos dió el okey de que estaba todo bien, nos dijo que nos devolverían la fianza a finales de noviembre, pero no fue así. Por último nos rembolsan el dinero el día 17 de diciembre, después de estar detrás llamando y escribiendo, sino a saber cuando nos lo hubiesen dado, que para pagarles estan dispuestos los primeros pero para desembolsar ellos les cuesta demasiado, y también para colmo nos devuelvan 80 euros menos de la fianza, porque según la nueva inquilina el piso no está limpio, cuando claramente si hacen la revisión un mes después de irnos del piso cogerá como es lógico al ser un bajo, polvo y el suelo ya se estaba medio levantando cuando nosotros llegamos que hicimos fotos y las mandamos, bueno en fin me pegué una paliza limpiando para nada, y luego lo que he puesto antes, nos cobraron el agua de todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí viviendo, sin avisar que nos la iban a cobrar, un desastre todo y ellos unos sinvergüenzas y aparte el dueño un maleducado y prepotente, que eso se me olvidaba.

Negative experience: No le recomiendo a nadie este sitio ya que hacen lo que quieren con el dinero de tu fianza y te dan menos dinero de el que te dicen,son unos sinvergüenzas y maleducados.Nos dijeron que el contador de agua estaba incluido y aún así nos lo han cobrado,aparte nos pagaron muy tarde la fianza. Una vergüenza de sitio.
