Esta inmobiliaria es muy eficiente y me encontró un comprador en 24 horas, sin regateo del precio que yo quería. Eduardo se encargó de mi caso desde el principio y se involucró tanto en la gestión que no hizo falta trabajar con una gestoría. Él me mantuvo informada a diario de cada paso que había que dar y de cómo avanzaban los procesos de aporte de documentación, gestiones en el registro, notaría así cómo lo referente a impuestos y poderes. Mi caso era complicado, ya que era una venta mancomunada (entre hermanos, y a través de poderes de representación -- bastante enredado y además el piso todavía estaba a nombre de mis abuelos!!). Pero Eduardo se las arregló para que todo fuera como la seda. Sin su ayuda vender el inmueble habría sido un rompecabezas y habría tenido que buscar asesoramiento por mi cuenta, pero todo lo realizó la misma persona, y eso facilita muchísimo este tipo de transacciones que pueden ser estresantes. Es una inmobiliaria que se encarga absolutamente de todo. Sin duda repetiría. Qué alegría cuando encuentras un profesional así!!
