There she spoke with Rían, the person who was going to take charge. Since then, everything was easy; she didn't have to worry about anything at all, as she took care of locating documents and contacting the rest of the property owners (it was from an inheritance and there were 8 owners). Additionally, she managed to get a good price and reached an agreement with everyone regarding the signing date without any problems. I have visited several agencies throughout my life, and Tecnocasa in Valdezarza has undoubtedly been the best experience, and I think it's fair to mention it.
