Negative experience: I edit this due to the defensive response above. I do not recommend this real estate agency to anyone. Apart from being unprofessional, I would say they are a dangerous company to deal with. Notes: - I am referring to the fee you charged the property owner. - When you showed me the apartment, you told me that the change of supplies was included in your service (not like when you later called me offended by my review, saying you were 'doing me a favor'. I don’t need favors, I need good professional service). - A SEPA account in Europe is perfectly legal and there is no problem, it can be done (because I have done it). If you don’t know how to do it, don’t promise the client what you can't fulfill. Also inform yourselves about the legislation on this if you are doing something. - There is a difference between 'doing something' (well, I called and said to change the account) and 'actually doing something' (that is, changing it), as of October 22 I am still receiving notifications of unpaid bills because of you. - Calling a client to convince them to change the review in a condescending and threatening manner will not help you. Instead, do your job well. My experience was initially very good. However, after a while in the new apartment, I realized that they had not properly made the changes for the direct debit of supplies (which is theoretically included in their fee), and I am still waiting for it to be resolved or for my water and electricity to be cut off. I have called and I cannot do it for 'security reasons', so here I am, in limbo. Waiting.
Regarding the notes: - The fees charged to the owner have been for work and management according to a lease engagement letter signed with him, the conditions of which you are unaware of to judge it (and which has been carried out perfectly). And with you, we have never signed any agreement or charged any amount for any concept. - Secondly, we called you ('offended') because you use terms (like dangerous or unprofessional company) that do not correspond, with bad manners in your comments and reviews without justification, and we have already forwarded this to our legal department to take appropriate legal actions. - Lastly, as we had already said, we have made your transfer of ownership several times (and we can prove it). After making the change, the contract should have arrived via email or regular mail for you to return it signed, but due to an error with your bank account, this did not happen. We were the ones who called back detecting the error, not leaving the situation as is, but the company would not allow us to solve it since we were not the direct tenant, so we transferred the option to you to make the change directly. - Calling a client to change the review is understandable when their comment is completely out of place. 1- You are unaware of our agreement with the owner and judge without any idea; 2- There is no agreement with you for you to demand us as if you had us on salary, and in your comment, you treat us worse than if that were the case; 3- We did not charge you any amount for any concept; 4- We warned you from the contract signing that your bank account could give an error; 5- We made several attempts to change ownership without success; 6- We detected the error and asked you to do it because the company does not allow us to do it as representatives; 7- We offer help or a face-to-face meeting in our office to solve everything; 8- We receive reviews without any sense, judging our work based on a ownership change with an external company that does not accept your foreign account number (regardless of whether you as the tenant were finally allowed to make the change, we were never effectively recognized as representatives). 9- By exposing the situation in response to your review, you call us unprofessional and a dangerous company. I think there is no need to go around the issue any longer. The option for reviews is for clients to provide their opinions, and we have not-so-good reviews in which we have acknowledged making mistakes. We don’t always get it right. But in this case, we will not let your opinion pass as it has no basis and our work has been brilliant, as Mr. Owner can corroborate. And regarding the promised transfer of ownership, as you say, although we have no agreement and charge you nothing, it has more than been carried out (5 times. It is not our job to resolve your problems with bank accounts). Best regards. We send this response to clarify to all our clients: First, we would like to know what fee you are referring to, as we do not charge or will we charge any type of fee to our tenant clients, as is the case with other real estate agencies. And secondly, to clarify that it has been your foreign bank account that has caused problems for the direct debit with the supplies, as we warned you could happen at the signing of the lease agreement. We have records of having made the change of ownership up to 5 times in your name. In this regard, and as we already mentioned via phone last week, the only reason they tell us that this change is not effective is because your foreign bank account is not accepted by the water and electricity distribution companies. (the rest of the response cannot be included due to space constraints)

Negative experience: Absolute lack of seriousness!!! Shameful. We had arranged with an agent to see an apartment. After waiting for 15 minutes, we called the agency and agent Estefanía told us that it couldn't happen today. After several minutes on the phone, the agent informed us that the apartment had been reserved and we wouldn't be able to see it (just at that moment? Didn't they have time to notify?) It's disgraceful to waste people's time like this. Not satisfied with that, two hours later, after reading this review, they did everything possible to have it removed. AVOID this branch if possible.

Negative experience: I gave the rating without a review. I will make some comments after they posted a misleading comment. Firstly, they published my personal data such as the year I bought the house. Perhaps they haven’t reviewed the data protection section well. Secondly, I wrote my complaint to them, I called them, and I went to the office to indicate that I had been sold a house with liens and they never assumed any responsibility; they only tried to contact the previous owner, who claimed that the responsibility lay with RedPiso. The response I got from RedPiso was: 'You got the apartment too cheap to claim that amount.' Lastly, I want to tell you that at first everything seems great, but once you make the first payment and there’s no turning back, the problems and surprises with additional expenses start appearing everywhere. Leaving the apartment in worse condition than when I found it on the last visit. Their response is also worthy: 'Well, if you were going to renovate the apartment, right?' That was the justification for handing me the apartment flooded and with buckets and mops thrown on the floor. A shame, misleading. Positive experience: The purchase with them went well, it is true that the commission is high but they have good offers in their portfolio of apartments. I would have rated it higher, but I didn't think it was right that they agreed to take the furniture from the apartment and after it was sold, they did not do so.
