Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give zero. They treated us horribly. They had an apartment in their rental catalog where the owners have issues with each other. The person who rented it to us was doing so without permission from their family, who harassed us, calling us squatters and making phone calls. They even showed up at our house. We paid an agency commission 'for the service,' which basically consisted of posting the apartment on Idealista, because when we went to them with this problem, they told us to discuss it with the owner as they were washing their hands of it. Kirilo and the owner themselves wouldn't answer our calls and at the same time were posting statuses on WhatsApp with other rental apartments... disgraceful. They left us at the mercy of the shameless owner, and that cost us 2000€. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE

Fantastic experience: We just sold an apartment through Vivienda XXI, with 14 owners, and the sale was easy thanks to the professionalism of the Vivienda XXI team. It was a quick sale, supported by the help of the intermediary.

Negative experience: We left the apartment that we had rented for 6 years. A few days before the end date, they came to see the apartment, they were delighted highlighting that there were things that were already broken before we moved in, and both she and the landlord assumed that was the case, and finally they gave us the green light. Almost 20 days after leaving the apartment, they started sending unjustified expenses and photos, saying that we had caused damage through misuse, which was not true. In short, after an agreement we had to pay for things that we shouldn't have. Even when showing the apartment, the real estate agent's wife said unrealistic things about it (it was the first time she had been there and she didn’t ask us about what she was saying). Recommendation: if you take this real estate agency, force them to sign a document when leaving the keys about the state of the apartment, if not, they will take money from wherever they can. Also, take photos of the damages once they enter the apartment.

Negative experience: My daughters were in an apartment managed by this real estate agency for 6 years, and upon finishing the contract a month ago, they tried to take money from the security deposit when they had previously been told that everything was fine and that there would be no problems with the deposit. Additionally, money that is illegal to withhold (cleaning after a renovation/painting, appliances that were already in bad condition when they moved in, among several examples). My advice is that if you want to rent with this agency, you should sign a document when you hand over the keys stating that you will receive the full security deposit (or the agreed amount) so they don’t try to take your money, and take photos of the entire house and videos. In response to your comment, I must say that the landlord assured me that the retention of part of the deposit was backed by their real estate agency. Similarly, I need to correct you regarding the damages. The microwave worked and has worked since the very day the apartment was occupied, the bed frame and the light switch were already in bad condition, the faucet was repaired and worked perfectly, the window handle was fixed and functioning. I recommend that new tenants take photos of all the furniture, electronics, and items in the home to avoid future surprises and bad experiences.

Desde el primer momento el asesoramiento por parte del equipo de Vivienda XXI fue muy profesional, acompañándonos en todos y cada uno de los hitos y que culminó en la compra de la misma, adaptándose en todo momento a las necesidades que les planteábamos. Posteriormente y dada la buena experiencia con Vivienda XXI, hemos vuelto a requerir su colaboración para la gestión de un alquiler. De nuevo destacar que gracias al equipo inmobiliario y su buen hacer el alquiler fue rápido y la ayuda y asesoramiento recibido excelente. Tras la finalización del alquiler Vivienda XXI demostró su valía respondiendo con altos estándares de calidad en la resolución de los problemas surgidos con los inquilinos por el mal uso de la vivienda. Negative experience: AGREGO: Tras una hora de publicar mi reseña original, me llama el agente de la inmobiliaria con quien hablé para ordenarme que baje esta reseña ya que según el mi experiencia no ha sido asi como yo la he descrito, yo le comento que mi experiencia es como yo la he vivido y que para esto están las reseñas y que aqui se quedará, yo calmadamente y el de forma alterada. Me comenta que si no bajo la reseña el seguirá adelante con la denuncia correspondiente (no sé que tipo de denuncia tiene en mente pero asumo que me lo decia para amenazarme/meterme miedo). Tener MUCHO cuidado con esta agencia porque la maneja alguien que claramente tiene problemas para gestionar sus emociones. ---- Una real pena la experiencia que acabo de tener con esta agencia que en general parece tener buenas reseñas. Llamo para preguntar por un piso y desde el primer momento una mala educación y una desgana tremenda de comentarme nada del piso. En ningun momento siquiera interesado en marcar una visita o entender mi perfil de inquilina, incluso me dice que con mi nomina de 3100 euros que me quedo corta para pagar un piso de 1100 euros, que lo más probable es que necesite un aval bancario (cosa que jamás me han pedido). Todo esto con el tono más desganado y monótono que te puedas imaginar. Le pregunto por politica de mascotas y me dice que depende de qué mascotas son, le comento dos perros y me dice que cero posibilidad que ni se lo preguntaría al dueño, en fín... muchisimas ganas tenia de ver el piso en la calle Santovenia y de explorar otras opciones de la zona con esta inmobiliaria pero después de este desagradable trato imposible.

Fantastic experience: Sin duda la mejor inmobiliaria del barrio, con mucha diferencia. Alejandro nos acompañó en todo el proceso de compra, nos orientó y nos asesoró de manera muy respetuosa. Negative experience: EDITO: Acabo de leer vuestra respuesta, a quién queréis engañar?! En este caso a mi me cogisteis el dinero de la señal sabiendo que teníais la operación medio cerrada por otro lado y os quedasteis mi señal por si se os caía la otra. La honestidad…. Id a buscarla Y cuando me decís que estáis hablando con las propietarias y no lo hacéis mientras os quedáis con mi reserva… eso es mentir. Así que SOIS UNOS MENTIROSOS. Son unos auténticos mentirosos, se quedan con tu pasta de reserva y mientras te hacen la operación por la espalda con otros, dicen ser una empresa muy honesta y... brilla por su ausencia, se inventan cualquier excusa para tenerte “en reserva”, se inventan también que los propietarios “no venden” por que no les quieren pagar sus honorarios y te lo intentaran sacar a ti (comprador). Tienes que ir detrás de ellos absolutamente para todo, si te quieres complicar la vida para comprar tu casa es tu inmobiliaria! No se lo recomiendo absolutamente a nadie. SON NEFASTOS
