After dealing with some real estate agents who pointed out flaws in the property, giving the impression that they were putting a band-aid on a wound, just in case I couldn't sell it for the appraised value, which I knew wasn't their fault, I found Redfrin and it was the complete opposite. They try to get as much money out of you as they can with tricks, even warning you beforehand and showing documents that they claim are final but turn out not to be. If it's not strictly necessary, avoid them. Edit. The establishment's response to this review is false. We were given an approved price according to some final documents they showed us, signed with the property. I insist, be careful.

Negative experience: *Update* I was attended by: José Manuel Gala Lopez. They charge management fees to the tenant when trying to rent because they rent for maximum terms of 11 months to avoid what is stated in Article 20 of the LAU. The real estate management expenses and the contract formalization expenses are to be borne by the landlord, so the payment they have required from you is illegal.

Negative experience: Incompetent and deceitful people. At the time, I dealt with Sergio to sell my apartment and in just 5 minutes he tried to trick me about the price of the apartment, the commissions they take... he would tell me one thing verbally and in the contract he later gave me to sign it said another... DISGRACEFUL. They are not reliable. Do not go to this real estate agency if you do not want to be disappointed.

Negative experience: A bunch of very careful incompetents. They only did well in charging the 6000 euros they took and uploading the photos to idealistas. If you have alternatives, don't get close to these people.

Negative experience: The service of this real estate agency is dreadful. I have been trying to schedule a visit for a property in Los Ángeles de San Rafael for over two weeks and it's impossible to get an appointment. When we almost have the date set, the salesperson (José) doesn't answer me to confirm, and I have to call less than 24 hours in advance to find out if he is going or not... I imagine that the property owners are unaware of the absolute lack of interest in selling it, but this way it is impossible to sell a house.

Negative experience: Lack of professionalism and little seriousness. Not recommended at all. An appointment was made for a day in July at 5:00 PM, with a long trip and they do not show up, nor do they inform. Once you call, they tell you that the apartment has been reserved and they no longer show it. Without notifying you to avoid your arrival at the appointment. Shameful!

Negative experience: Inmobiliaria poco seria. Te citan para una visita online, no te llaman ni dan señales de vida, y al cabo de media hora esperando te dicen que alguien ya ha reservado el piso. Tu tiempo les importa más bien poco, y me imagino cómo respondrán ante posibles incidencias. Contestarán a esta reseña diciendo que lo sienten, pero por otros comentarios se puede ver que no es el primer problema de este tipo que generan. Evitar.

Fantastic experience: Estuve la semana pasada con mi novia mirando pisos de alquiler, y la verdad me gustaría destacar el excelente trato y atención que recibimos por parte del personal, el cual nos demostró una gran profesionalidad. Nada más asomarnos a cotillear los diferentes pisos que tenían anunciados en su escaparate, salió un chico jovencito, creemos recordar que se llamaba José, y nos ofreció su ayuda además de demostrar gran cercanía y atención. Negative experience: Bajo mi punto vista la seriedad , la responsabilidad y, la palabra y la buena fe no forma parte de esta empresa. A base de bonitas palabras atienden a un público de edad avanzada para luego venderle algo efímero que hasta el día de la venta, no sabes lo que es. Eso sí la comison la cobramos por que claro ellos no son una ONG. Gracias a que tanto como el comprador como el vendedor me han ayudado he podido terminar todo el trámite. No los recomiendo Publicar

Negative experience: Paradoja inmobiliaria: nuevo concepto creado a partir de mi experiencia con Redfrin. Una inmobiliaria es una empresa que se dedica a dar casa a sus clientes. A cobijarlos bajo un techo y cuatro paredes. En definitiva, a conseguirles una vivienda para que la conviertan en un hogar. Sin embargo, cuando me agendaron cita para ver un piso, algo no terminaba de encajar. A las 19.30h, me dijeron. Que más tarde era imposible. Que el mundo, a las 19.31h, se acababa. Algo que me sorprendió cuando llamé a las 19.45h, diciendo que no habia aparecido nadie de la inmobiliaria. Y a las 19.55h. Cuando a las 20h me comentaron que tardaban 15 minutos más, lo entendí todo. La paradoja se hizo realidad. Es una inmobiliaria que te da casa, pero te deja en la puerta. Que te da techo, pero te hace estar bajo el frío y la lluvia. Que te consigue un hogar, pero a costa de tus energías. Gracias Redfrin. Gracias por demostrar que nunca te puedes ir a dormir sin aprender algo nuevo. Por cierto, jamás entré en el piso. Las paradojas me aterrorizan.

Lo más probable es que no adquiramos esa propiedad pero la verdad que por el trabajo, educación, compromiso, honestidad y buen hacer del responsable no va a ser. Sin duda una gestión IMPECABLE. Negative experience: No se presentan a la cita , cuando les contactas te explican que el proprietario no podia...ahh y se olvidaron de informarnos. vuestro trabajo consiste en gestionar citas y enseñar un piso...nada mas, ni siquiera eso! que banda de payasos!

Negative experience: MUCHO CUIDADO con esta agencia tanto a comprador como vendedor. Cuento mi caso: veo un piso anunciado por ellos para comprar y voy a verlo. En la.visita estaba el dueño del piso, muy amable. Cuando terminamos, el agente me dice que hay mucho interés por la vivienda y que me de prisa en poner oferta (no.me hacen firmar hija de visitas) Hasta aquí ok. Me decido a poner oferta y, sorpresa, me dicen que tengo que pagar un 3% de honorarios a ellos. Me quedo extrañadisimo porque, en base a qué me cobran esto?yo no les he pedido que me busquen piso, he llamado y me han abierto una puerta. Punto. Pero me dicen que esas son las normas. En 20 pisos que he visto sólo me ha pasado dos veces, y la anterior te lo advierten en la propia visita y te hacen firmar un papel. Sigue siendo una estafa, pero al menos te avisan. Decido ir a hablar con el dueño por mi cuenta a ver si podemos saltarnos a la agencia, el señor no quiere líos (normal) tiene exclusividad con ellos y me pide negociarlo con ellos. Eso sí, se queda muy extrañado de que me cobren un 3% ya que a él también le cobran otro y no le habían informado de que cobraban de ambas partes. Para él es perjudicial ya que, si mi tope como comprador es 500.000€ por ejemplo y la inmob. se lleva un 3% al vendedor solo le llegan 485.000€...por lo tanto primer tema, muy mal, actuando a espaldas de ambas partes. Pero la historia sigue: Como el piso me gustaba voy a la agencia intento negociar con ellos con un tal Quique. Le expongo que no me parece bien el tema de pagar sus honorarios y me dice que es lo que hay. Como el piso me gustaba mucho decido seguir. Aquí llega el otro gran estacazo: mientras redactan la oferta, así de pasada, me comentan que el piso se encuentra afectado por el artículo 28 de la ley hipotecaria, a lo que yo pregunto, ok, qué es eso? Y me dicen: nada una formalidad que dice que si la persona que dejó en herencia el piso tiene hijos ilegítimos por ahí pueden reclamar pero es algo que nunca pasa. Pago los 3.000€ de señal y le pasan mi oferta que finalmente no es aceptada y me devuelven el dinero (aquí sin problema). Luego, viendo otros caso he visto que no es una tonteria: este artículo lo que.viene a decir es que si alguien hereda un piso por un tío o primo hay un plazo de dos años para que aparezca el heredero y reclame el piso y literalmente te lo quita gratis, a tí te tocaría reclamar al vendedor que vete a saber si no está ya en Nicaragua...pero lo más importante y que en ningún momento te avisan, los bancos NO DAN hipotecas para este tipo de pisos. Por supuesto eso es algo que no te dicen, y eso que al aceptar que les vas a pagar te conviertes en su cliente, por lo que se supone que deben trabajar para tí y asesorarte , que menos después de aceptar pagarles no?si me llegan a aceptar la oferta y pongo arras (unos 40.000€) de mi dinero y luego no encuentro financiación lo pierdo todo!! Por lo tanto, un trato horrible tanto si eres el comprador (mi caso) como el vendedor. Además estoy viendo que los comentarios positivos de Google son bastante sospechosos... EDITO PARA RESPUESTA: si me decido a publicarlo ahora es porque he dado con otros casos similares(artic.28) en mi búsqueda de piso en los que las inmobiliarias me han informado de la posibilidad de no obtener financiacion bancaria ANTES de hacer ninguna oferta. Ademas de enterarme de que podía haber perdido las arras en el caso de que me hubieran aceptado la oferta que puse a través vuestra por no conocer las consecuencias de dicho artículo en la busqueda de financiacion. Estoy de acuerdo que ir directamente a hablar con la propiedad no son formas por mi parte. Pero si me hubieran atendido correctamente y explicado todo desde el primer momento (es decir, advirtiendo que cobran honorarios y firmando una hoja de visitas como todas las inmobiliarias) no me hubiera sentido engañado y actuado en consecuencia.

Negative experience: Terrible inmobiliaria, no son confiables, por favor si llegan a leer este comentario...busquen a otra inmobiliaria que les alquiler o les venda el piso. ES UN ASCO DE INMOBILIARIA!!!

Negative experience: Una inmobiliaria con la que ir con mucho ojo. Piden como señal los honorarios + IVA de la agencia, un dinero para nada merecido, ya que en ningún momento te informan de nada. Además, este dinero sólo es posible recuperarlo en caso de que el dueño no apruebe el alquiler, es bastante abusivo retenerlo y que no tengas la oportunidad de rechazar la oferta, o simplemente pensártelo mejor. Incluso el contrato, lo tuve que leer detenidamente y señalar varios puntos incorrectos. Ellos insisten que el piso lo entregan totalmente limpio, y después eres tú el que tiene que buscarse la vida junto al dueño del inmueble para hacerlo.

Negative experience: Estafadores se queda corto, y encima mirando las reseñas veo que las de 5 estrellas (algunas, no puedo afirmar que todas) son de familiares y compañeros, al menos deberían tener vista para falsear las opiniones. Sólo añadir que las inmobiliarias son unos atracadores, pero esta “mafia” son de lo peor que me he encontrado

Negative experience: Hace un par de semanas vimos un piso de esta agencia que nos interesaba y decidimos seguir adelante. A partir de ahí nos ha pasado todo lo que no deseas que te pase cuando vas a comprar una vivienda. Desde que manifestamos el interés, todos los datos que hemos recibido de la vivienda eran falsos, lo cual hacía que tuviéramos cero confianza: los gastos de comunidad erróneos (mucho menos dinero de los que eran realmente), nos han cambiado las condiciones de firma de un día para otro, no nos han dado la información actualizada de la vivienda, etc. (y nos hemos llevado alguna sorpresa desagradable). No nos ponían NADA por escrito, todo por teléfono o Whatsapp hablado. Afortunadamente, hemos buscado toda la información por nuestra cuenta y con toda ella sobre la mesa, hemos dado marcha atrás y no adquirimos ni esta vivienda, ni ninguna con ellos.

Negative experience: Penosa atención, para nada recomendable. Su personal es de lo más incompetente que he visto. En especial el señor Jose Cobos. Huyan de este lugar si pueden.

Negative experience: Muy mala experiencia. La casa no tenía ni agua caliente cuando llegamos. Sucísima, ni un utensilio de cocina, el colchón hundido, 4 meses sin tv, nunca nos llegaron a entregar el contrato firmado por el casero... Nada profesionales, no nos han solucionado ni un problema, al final hemos tenido que mediar con el casero.
