I have rented an apartment for 3 students coming from another country, and the communication has been smooth, excellent and effective treatment from the real estate agency. Negative experience: Apartment for €800. Bathroom with sink and toilet but without shower because it is located in another room, to be exact, in the main bedroom. Main bedroom without radiator. Only one radiator in the living room, quite small. This was the last thing I needed to see in a rental. I have mentioned that I find the price excessive. In the photos, you have the details of the reference for the apartment being rented and my conversation with the rental company. The apartment is in Valdezarza and has 40 square meters.

Negative experience: Incredible how an agency like this, my partner and I have called nearly 30 times on the two numbers they offer and they haven't answered the phone a single time. It's no surprise they have such bad reviews. Absolute lack of professionalism that wastes people's time.

They told us that they would rent us an apartment without any problem and that they would send us the papers that same day. It is shameful to scam your clients like this, not to mention the lowliness of charging agency fees to potential tenants. Do not come to this agency if you intend to get an apartment.

I'm sure that chatGPT can do and organize things better than they can. Edit to respond: I am not angry, I am just stating my opinion and facts. You changed the visit time 2 times yesterday only to cancel it today in a brusque manner. Only after seeing this review did you send me a message with more politeness and explanations. In the end, as most real reviews say, it is better to avoid this agency.

Negative experience: Hello! I give one star because you can't give less. It all started with the lack of professionalism when signing the contract, as they sent it incorrectly and we ended up signing different documents. Since my colleagues and I rented an apartment with this real estate agency, we have only been criminalized by the agents, who have treated us not only in a distant manner but also with constant threats that we should literally 'look for another apartment.' The issue of the deposit is another story; we are still waiting for it to be returned to us. Now I understand how they have 5-star reviews from the owners (I suspect they get good treatment and keep your deposit) and 1-star reviews from the tenants (horrible treatment and they steal a lot of money).

Negative experience: The worst treatment we received my companions and I during our stay in Madrid. They delivered the apartment in poor condition, which despite repeated complaints, they had no courage to resolve in 12 months of leasing. It's not worth hiring their services; once you pay them, they don't lift a finger again.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency by far, the treatment from the 2 agents was always disappointing, not professional at all. When our stay ended, they didn't return any of the deposit (€3000), even though we left the apartment in perfect condition. We have been waiting for 3 months, when the timeframe was 1 month. They kept giving us excuses saying that they would deposit it for us next week and now they don't even respond to messages. It's outrageous. We will definitely file a complaint.

Negative experience: Nos alquilaron una casa sin toma de tierra (algo que es obligatorio en todas las viviendas, y por lo tanto ilegal no tenerla) y con el cuadro de luz puenteado, lo que hacía que los plomos no saltaran en caso de una subida de tension. Por otro lado se quedaron con nuestra fianza justificándolo con facturas de limpieza falsas y totalmente desproporcionadas.

Negative experience: La peor experiencia. No te tratan nada bien. Me puse en contacto con muchas agencias pero nunca nadie me había tratado así. Eso es muy triste.

No solo como profesional, si no también con un trato cercano. Todo perfecto. un gran profesional. resolviéndome dudas y problemas. MUCHIIIIISIMO MEJOR que otras empresas famosas relacionadas con el alquiler y la protección al propietario.

Negative experience: Mi experiencia con esta agencia no ha sido buena. Envié la documentación requerida y me dijeron que la propietaria había elegido mi perfil, por lo que el siguiente paso era pagar la fianza y el mes de agencia+IVA. Antes de hacer el pago les pedí visitar el piso de nuevo. A pesar de que llegaron 15' tarde, me metieron mucha prisa porque había más visitas después de la mía y me trataron como a una persona más que ve el piso y no como alguien con quien ya se han comprometido a alquilarlo. Esa misma tarde les pedí un modelo del contrato para tener claras cuáles serían las condiciones del alquiler antes de pagar y al rato me llamaron por teléfono diciéndome que la propietaria iba a alquilárselo a otra persona que lo había visitado ese día.

Negative experience: Vergonzoso trato. Te escriben por whatsapp para poder ver los pisos. Te dan cita cuando a ellos les viene bien y no se adaptan a tu horario. Te cancelan la cita un día antes y no te dan una nueva. Te dejan de contestar. Una falta de profesionalidad tremenda...pero ¿Que se puede esperar de una inmobiliaria?...

Cuando se ha ido alguien han buscado otra persona para sustituirlo y lo único que hemos tenido que hacer ha sido firmar un nuevo contrato. Creo que funcionan con gran profesionalidad y seriedad.
