Negative experience: As the president of the homeowners' association, I respectfully told an agent who came from this office that I would neither provide information about the neighbors nor accept advertising, and that he should not disturb the neighbors with cold calls. Two weeks later, he was knocking on my door again. If we let advertising in the mailbox slide, that's one thing, but having stated twice not to disturb the neighbors in their homes is unacceptable. I believe we have made the boundaries clear with these two instances. Failure to respect them a third time will result in a complaint.

Negative experience: On July 3, 2023, they charge three monthly payments for the rent of an apartment: rent for the first month, security deposit, and the other one? Agency month? They do not want to provide a payment receipt. The worst real estate agency #elcuarto. Since 05/26/2023, the tenant does not have to pay an agency month.

Negative experience: Los comerciales se cuelan en los portales de las viviendas y van llamando piso por piso a todos los vecinos para saber quienes viven ahí y apuntarlo en una lista. No sé la legalidad de esto, pero es cuanto menos cuestionable.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria sin duda, no se la recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. Esta agencia es una vergüenza, sólo quiere su comisión y les da igual cómo hacer su trabajo. Después de estar más de ocho meses en un tedioso proceso de compra, con muchas disputas y problemas de los vendedores, el personal de esta agencia no ha mediado nada. El piso se ha entregado lleno de muebles y en unas condiciones lamentables y por supuesto ellos se han lavado las manos.. A pesar advertido tanto verbal (con testigos de la propia inmobiliaria) como telefónicamente que se quería el piso y haber llegado a dicho acuerdo, nos encontramos con que un comportamiento chulesco y fuera de lugar, especialmente por parte de la Srta. Noelia cuya respuesta fue que ellos no eran Ikea que lo se hubiera puesto por escrito (cuando ellos mismos nos dieron su palabra de que todo seguiría sin problemas tras todo lo insufrible en estos 8 meses). No se fíen de absolutamente nada, dejenlo todo por escrito. No miran por los clientes, sólo quieren dinero, su comisión es lo importante. Ellos mismo se están buscando esta mañana publicidad en la zona y sus alrededores.

Negative experience: Increible, después de 8 meses esperando para que entregaran el piso, y haberles abonado su comisión, lo entregan lleno de muebles, cuando habían advertido incluso telefónicamente y delante de testigos verbalmente, que se quería el piso vacío, al recriminarle el comportamiento que habían tenido, la Srta. Noelia nos dijo que no se había puesto por escrito y que ellos no eran Ikea. No se que clase de profesionales hay en esa inmobiliaria. Pero es la peor de la zona. Dejen todo por escrito y no se fien, solo quieren dinero, no miran por los clientes, ellos sabrán lo que hacen, en el barrio nos conocemos todos.

Negative experience: La peor inmobiliaria que hay, informales, poco profesionales y sin palabra ninguna,no se la recomendaría ni a mí peor enemigo, de las peores experiencia que he tenido en mi vida. No se os ocurra hacer una operación con esta gente.
