Fantastic experience: My experience with them has been satisfactory from the very first moment; I sent them an email requesting information and they called me back in less than 10 minutes. Then, during my first contact with Carlos and José María in person, I realized that I wasn't going to have any problems; serious and formal people who tell you things as they are. In my case, the sale was very complex due to a series of circumstances, but they encouraged us all the time to continue with the order, explaining the pros and cons and encouraging us to sign an exclusive contract—something I wasn't very keen on at first but which ultimately proved to be the fastest and most effective way. The attention, treatment, kindness, and willingness have been exquisite, and they accompanied us through the paperwork literally until the end; Carlos didn't leave until I finished paying at the notary. On the contrary, some of the owners do not behave the same way, as they are only interested in the money, not fixing what is broken, damaged, or destroyed, and keeping part of the deposit money to claim that the tenants broke it. Specifically, I am talking about the apartment on Calle López de Gomara nº 17, 2nd left in Triana. Mi experiencia ha sido para recomendarlos sin duda.
Positive experience: Excelentes profesionales y de confianza.
Negative experience: Al leer las reseñas no puedo contenerme, seguros que serán sus amigos o familiares, solo puedo decir que el pasado mes intentaron engañar a mi abuela al intentar que firmamara un documento para recoger una señal y aún no le habían encontrado una vivienda. Eso quiere decir que si lo hubiera firmado le obligaba a vender le hubieran o no encontrado a ella una vivienda donde irse, ese comercial "Fran" bajo mi punto de vista es un simberguenza.

Fantastic experience: Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido magnifica, una inmobiliaria que empatiza con el cliente en todo momento pero sobre todo con el asesor Francisco, profesional y cercano, ha sido genial. Estaba muy nerviosa al tener que vender mi casa y ellos me lo han puesto todo muy facil ya que me han acompañado Fran y Carlos en todo el transcurso de la gestion.
