Negative experience: The initial experience was good, until out of nowhere, we discovered at the signing of the purchase that we had been scammed €15,000. It turns out they had raised the price of the apartment by €15,000, without informing the owner (who is already being charged 3%) and told us at the reservation that this was something agreed as their fees. It turns out that this is a lie, as the owner was unaware of this and at the signing, they played dumb and told us it was a management expense because the guy who had attended to us was from another office... Basically, they lied to us to make us pay that money, and at the signing, everything was revealed. Now they are trying to justify it with any excuse, since it is not illegal for them to charge a % to the buyer, but this is not a % of the purchase of the apartment, but a random number they pulled out of thin air. The problem is that this does not appear in the deeds and it is an extra charge they took. We will take action on the matter, but above all, do not let yourselves be fooled and ask questions. I know many of you will be sellers and think it’s not your problem, but I believe that working with someone who scams and deceives is something that affects us all. It might not be in all offices, I am speaking directly about the office on Av. Madrid.

Llamas por un piso en alquiler, te dicen que está disponible, que están cogiendo nombres y móviles de los interesados para organizar la visita, y luego tienes que enterarte por ti mismo que han sacado el anuncio y lo han alquilado sin darte la oportunidad ni avisarte. El mercado del alquiler se ha vuelto una jungla, pero las formas y seriedad de un negocio no debería perderse nunca. Impresentables

Positive experience: Trabajan bien pero tienen algunas cosas carentes de transparencia. Es preferible que te digan que una pequeña parte de lo que pagas es para la agencia en vez de venderte la moto que es para uno de los propietarios a quienes compras el piso. Mejor ser honesto que inventarse historias, todo el mundo puede entender que tenéis que ganaros la vida.
