Negative experience: If I had read the reviews, I wouldn't have wasted my time going to visit an apartment 40 minutes away. I sent my documentation for the 'non-payment insurance' in theory, which perhaps that documentation didn't come out of the chat. Four days later, I proceed to ask if anything was known. I was told that they would let me know something tomorrow. A week later, I ask the same thing if anything was known, and I'm told that it was already 'rented, thank you'. For my part, very unprofessional; it wouldn't have cost anything to write to me, or if you weren't interested in renting it to me, not to waste my time.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in Barcelona for almost 14 years and have been through several apartments, and I have to say that the attention from Eulalia and Sonia is always fantastic. Also, the interaction feels very human - when I call them, I feel like I’m talking to friends and not an agency. The service is great and phenomenal - which is not easy to find. Fantastic experience: In my case, my experience with them is as a tenant of an apartment, but they do not handle the rental management (just the publication, viewings, and contract signing). I was attended to by Berta, who was very nice, friendly, and quick in communications. She was also the one who showed me the apartment. She called me and conveyed excitement when we got the apartment. Regarding the contract signing, it was handled by Benjamín, who was very professional and explained each of the points and questions we had about the contract. They even gifted us some delicious cookies.

Fantastic experience: I started looking at the reviews and the truth is, I have been renting an apartment for about 6 years. First, I was assisted by Victor. He was very kind and respectful. When it came time to sign the papers, I already knew what I had to pay. It's known that they charge for the paperwork and their work. They are not going to work for free. Then I interacted more with Eulalia. For me, she is a charm. Empathetic. Honestly, and although it may sound cheesy, I hold her in high regard. In the apartment, we haven’t had any problems. We try to solve them ourselves. So for my family, the agency was a success. If we ever leave and of course, I will leave it in good condition. Apartments deteriorate, but if you take care of them, there shouldn't be any problem with the deposit, as I hear around here, and if there are, we have the OCU or the tenants' association where they advise you on absolutely everything and help if needed. Therefore, we need to look for solutions and not complicate things for those who, like us, are workers. Regards.

Fantastic experience: He alquilado un piso con ellos hace poco, y la verdad que todo excelente! Desde la primer llamada que realice para visitarlo me han explicado todo al detalle (justo había cambiado la LAU y me han detallado todo perfectamente) Luego la visita con el comercial Victor, super puntual y profesional. Antes de la firma del contrato me han quitado todas mis dudas y al momento de la firma me han explicado punto por punto. Realmente me han demostrado que son super profesionales y parecen muy honestos... como ya he dicho, hace poco que estoy en el piso y espero no tener que editar este comentario, pero por el momento, y siendo que en Barcelona no es tan fácil encontrar buenos profesionales en este rubro, no tengo mas que ponerles 5 estrellas por su labor! Ojalá sigan asi!
