Negative experience: Apart from charging the seller 7000 euros, they charged the buyer 4200. From a sale of 117000 euros, they take 11200. The service was terrible, they made a mistake while changing the supplies and did it wrong. Additionally, some unpresentable people, tried to charge part of the 4200 in cash. In short, not recommendable.

Negative experience: They arranged with me today at 17:00 hours, at 16:45 they still hadn’t sent the address or the link. I reminded them and I’m running in the rain when they summon me to the office to do a visit sheet that hasn’t been done yet, and will only be done after going to the house. In short, a lack of seriousness and unnecessary hassle, when everyone usually does the visit sheet after the visit. Isn’t that more normal? And less time wasted? I don’t know, but I won’t buy anything from these young people who seem to just leave high school.

Negative experience: Una pena de servicio. He comprado un piso y con la comisión que cobran (3.000+Iva) se ofrecían a gestionar el cambio de los servicios, algo es algo. Pues bien, a la semana (todavía sin calefacción) me mandan un contrato de electricidad de Iberdrola con un compromiso de 1 año, servicios extras (manitas de 9€+Iva al mes) y tarifas altas del mercado libre (cuando habíamos hablado de la tarifa regulada). Hablo con Christian y me dice q con ellos es con quien mejor tratan, q lo hacen rápido y luego puedo cambiar las tarifas, pero mejor q lo haga cuanto antes para q pasen los recibos a mi nombre. Me paso toda una tarde agobiado con llamadas. A la comercializadora, a la distribuidora, a los antiguos propietarios... A la mañana siguiente, después de unos sms de Iberdrola apremiando a q firmara el contrato (sin mandarme nada del mercado regulado, como yo quería), pienso... pero esto no consiste sólo en llamar a la comercializadora ya contratada y cambiar el titular? Así q llamo de nuevo . La expropietaria, averiguo q está con Endesa y me da el CUPS. Llamo y en 15 min tengo el cambio de titular hecho y el gas con la tarifa regulada contratados. Al día siguiente la calefacción ya puesta. Total, q por confiar en sus "servicios", una semana sin calefacción y a punto de firmar un contrato abusivo. ---Contestación a la respuesta de Tecnocasa--- Efectivamente, la compra fue en enero, de ahí la importancia de poder hacer las altas de forma rápida para poder tener calefacción. Si me hubiériais hecho el cambio de titularidad como hicísteis con el agua (y como yo hubiera querido) todo hubiera estado bien. Os hubiera bastado una llamada (como yo hice después) y solucionado. Pero NO fue así. Me dijísteis q había q dar un alta nueva, q con Endesa vuestra experiencia era mala y q mejor llamar a un número (q me facilitásteis) de Iberdrola (no el oficial) y lo harían todo rápido y bien (insisto, más de una semana y mandando un contrato abusivo). No me informásteis de la compañía con la q estaba contratado, ni me dísteis el CUPS para facilitar el proceso. Vamos, q vuestra supuesta ayuda para el cambio de los suministros fue más de una semana sin calefacción y a punto de firmar un contrato con permanencia y abusivo. Así q una de dos: - o tenéis un acuerdo comisionista con los susodichos, algo q he leído q se suele hacer de acuerdos entre compañías eléctricas e inmobiliarias - o sois un cero a la izquierda en vuestros servicios al cliente (q x cierto, vuestro cliente real no era yo a pesar de pagaros 3.620€, sino los q os contrataron q eran los antiguos dueños, q pagaron lo mismo, y tb me dijeron de vuestras incompetencias). Si queréis q os puntualice más cosas, seguimos con la conversación.
