Negative experience: Very bad experience. They promise things that are not fulfilled, they tell you they will ask for quotes for renovations, the owner got hold of the phone number but no one knows how... and when the paperwork takes time, it's never their fault, it's always someone else's (the bank, a distrustful owner, ...). They certainly charge a fortune for doing 2 pieces of paperwork and showing the apartment. As of today, the worst real estate agency we have ever been in contact with.
