Negative experience: This review is for PV real estate on Roger de Tur street (since I read a negative review and they are responding to the person who can't be true to them). I can assure you that ours is a completely negative experience; obviously, I am not going to recount what happened because it is not worth it... But if you are going to rent an apartment through this real estate agency, be careful because while everything is fine, everything is fine, but when you want to leave (leaving the apartment in the best condition), they invent and support made-up things to not return deposits. So, if you are going to rent something with them, think twice because there are people who only think about taking as much money as possible even though they have been a 10 tenant.
Hello Cristina, we regret your experience, we always try to make it the best, and in case of disagreement, as fair as possible. The deposits are always with the property owners, not us, they are theirs, we do not see a euro from there, nor do we decide whether they are returned or not. In any case, we always act with ethics and professionalism as much as possible. We will improve wherever necessary, always. And although it may seem like the typical easy response, when we say we don’t know who a person is, it is because we really don’t know who they are.

Negative experience: The worst real estate agency I have ever known. Maybe the agency itself is not the problem, but a certain real estate agent who works there leaves a lot to be desired as a professional. She arrived late to the appointment we had scheduled, responded to WhatsApp messages after 4 or 5 hours, didn't answer the phone, we sent her an offer for an apartment and instead of informing us that the landlords didn't want to lower the price that much, it took her 4 days to tell me it was already rented... In short, a disaster.
We have no idea who you are; what you describe does not match any case we have had nor our way of working at all. It seems that you have mistaken us for another real estate agency, so please remove this review and post it where it belongs. At PV Real Estate, we work hard every day to provide the best quality service.

Negative experience: Zero professionals. I was calling for several days and writing to see an apartment, and it took them days and days to answer the phone. In the end, they scheduled an appointment for me to see the apartment and didn't show up.

We always try to respond to everyone on the same day you write to us or at most the next day, but that week we had fewer team members and we couldn't... we apologized to you by phone, by WhatsApp, and even by email to explain what had happened with your visit. Negative experience: I give one star because I can't give none. A couple of years ago I rented an apartment with this real estate agency. I only lived there for a year, without major problems, other than a few damages that we solved without issues at the time. The problem arises on the day I left the apartment. Even though I left the deposit, a microwave, and all the LED bulbs from the living room, they sued me for vandalism and demanded €1200 in court, the real estate agency showed up as a witness, I don't know for what purpose. The apartment is at Jaime Herrerin n 6 3b, in Las Fuentes. If you make deals with them, take photos of everything, the apartments seem to be in good condition but later everything is held together with the worst materials, you are left with the plugs in hand, I do not recommend this real estate agency at all, they are a bunch of thieves.
Hello, what you are mentioning is outside of our rental service. We connected you with the apartment and the owners, and we managed the procedures for you to rent it, but we have nothing to do with what you are commenting on. The apartment is not our property, and we have not filed any complaint nor have we asked you for anything at all; your presence as a witness was due to a legal obligation. We hope to have clarified this, as your accusations are completely out of line.
Negative experience: We contacted them interested in a rental apartment, from the very first moment they kept stalling 'we'll call you when we can schedule a showing.' If we hadn't called them back, we would still be waiting for their call... We scheduled an appointment with them, and no one showed up... their response was that they hadn't scheduled anything with us because it wasn't noted in any agenda. Zero seriousness. From the beginning, it seemed like they didn't want to show us the apartment, which they could have told us from the very start to save us all this trouble and not waste our time.

Fantastic experience: Compre un piso en esta inmobiliaria y luego lo alquile, y fue muy rápido y muy bien todo, y lo mejor de todo es que no cobran comisión al comprador, con lo que resulta más barato el trámite que en otros sitios...

Negative experience: Estuvimos mirando una plaza de garaje en la que estabamos interesados, nos pusimos en contacto con ellos a traves de un teléfono que nos facilitó idealista. Quedamos un martes en quedar para ver la plaza, el lunes por motivos laborales tuvimos que cambiar la cita al miércoles a las 19:00, no nos pusieron ningun problema. El miercoles llegamos a la hora acordada en el sitio acordado, la sopresa viene cuando a los 20 minutos no llega nadie y nosotros llamamos a la inmobiliaria, tras varias llamadas nos dicen que se habian olvidado y que ademas la plaza esta alquilada ya. Entiendo que puedas ir agobiado por el flujo de trabajo pero si su tiempo es importante el nuestro también. Poco mas que decir un saludo
Buenos días Gonzalo, sentimos la confusión que hubo en su caso concreto, la plaza la alquilaron el mismo día anterior, normalmente siempre avisamos con antelación. En cualquier caso, entendemos lo que nos comenta, y tomamos en cuenta su experiencia para mejorar. disculpe las molestias. Un cordial saludo.
Negative experience: Malas profesionales al cuadrado, veo el anuncio publicado, primero me pongo en contacto en julio pidiendo poder ver la casa, me atiende por email una diciendome que actualmente está en negociaciones y no se puede ver, a principios de agosto me vuelvo a poner en contacto por otro anuncio de la misma casa pero con distinta persona de contacto nuevamente por email, quedamos a ver la casa , le mando toda la documentación para mirarme financiación y quedamos en que yo por mi lado también voy a buscar para agilizar, no tardo ni una semana en que mis bancos me contesten y nada mas tener respuesta contacto con la inmobiliaria y me dice que se la acaban de reservar a otros por ponerle dinero encima de la mesa cuando a mi no se me llama ni para darme la opción a dar la señal para reservarla (que habría sido el actuar lógico)
Hola Yoli, Nos sorpende bastante tu reseña, sinceramente, porque tu agente te lo explicó y estuvo hablando contigo bastante tiempo. Pero bueno, te lo volvemos a aclarar sin problema, por orden: -Contactaste a través de email el día 31 de mayo, a lo que te contestamos por el mismo medio que tu misma elegiste, ya que parece que haces hincapié en este dato. SI preferías que te hubiéramos llamado simplemente tenías que decirlo o llamar al número de teléfono que aparecía en el mismo anuncio. De todas formas, como digo, una agente te contestó al email ese mismo día y se te informó amablemente, no nos contestaste nada hasta el día 20 de junio (20 días después), la casa ya no estaba disponible. -Cuando la casa volvió a estar a la venta, contactaste de nuevo y otra agente te la enseñó el 9 de agosto, ese día no dijiste que la querías ni muchísimo menos. -Hasta el día 31 de agosto (por cierto a las 20:30 de la noche) no llamaste a la agente para decirle que te daban la hipoteca, y justo una hora antes acababan de dejar la señal. -Desde que dijiste que estabas mirando financiación hasta que dijiste que te la daban pasaron como diez días en los cuales no volvimos a saber nada más de ti. Los hechos hablan por sí solos, De todas maneras, no entendemos en absoluto por qué dices lo del dinero encima de la mesa, no tiene sentido alguno. Aprovechamos también para indicarte, que si no estás segura de que te vayan a dar la financiación y puede alargarse en el tiempo, primero mires financiación con tus bancos y luego visites las propiedades, porque puede pasarte precisamente eso, que te quedes sin la casa, y eso es tu responsabilidad. Como comprenderás, lo que no sería nada profesional, sería decirte que dejes señal cuando ni siquiera sabes si la podrás financiar. Hola Ana, comentarte que quien te ha hecho la renta es Latorre Asesores, aunque compartimos mismo local pero somos empresas diferentes e independientes, ya que nosotros, PV Inmobiliaria, somos una inmobiliaria. Pero le traslado tu opinión a tu gestor y te agradece mucho tu reseña :), para lo que necesites en gestoría puedes contar con ellos.
Negative experience: Si te divorcias y la otra parte es amiga de Pilar,date por vencido....Te hará bajar el precio hasta casi regalarlo,pero su comisión no baja ni un céntimo.Te promete que en menos de un año,vendido......casi 4 años....

Negative experience: A nosotros nos atendió en primera instancia Silvia y muy bien, la segunda toma de contacto la tuvimos con Pilar que ya desde el primer momento nos enseñó el piso con bastante desgana y aún nos metió prisa porque tenía otra visita, a pesar de que nos había llamado para retrasar la cita "porque se les había complicado la cosa en la oficina ". Trato discriminatorio por no llegar a las expectativas económicas. Me gustaría saber lo que piensan los dueños del piso. Por un alquiler digno para los autónomos.
Hola Cristina, Para nada queremos que sintáis que hay algún tipo de discriminación como dices, porque nada más lejos de la realidad, entendemos que os hayáis podido sentir así ya que en general el tema de los alquileres es algo complejo del que no hay mucha información al respecto. Te comento, los propietarios quieren hacer un seguro de impago, no con vosotros en concreto, sino con cualquier inquilino, y el seguro tiene unos filtros que determinan si lo concede o no, en este caso, nos dijo que no es viable y por eso Pilar os llamó para decíroslo en cuánto lo supimos. Pero, el ser autónomo no tiene nada que ver y no es razón per se para rechazar a ningún inquilino, ¡Faltaría más! En cualquier caso, queremos dejar claro que nosotros no decidimos sobre alquilaros el piso, ¿Por qué no íbamos a querer alquilaroslo si es nuestro trabajo? Lo que ocurre es, que dependemos del seguro y de la propiedad, somos intermediarios que intentamos hacerlo lo mejor posible, por lo cual sentimos las molestias y os llamaremos por teléfono para aclararos cualquier duda, Un saludo,
Negative experience: La verdad que tienen bastante poca vergüenza, por dos veces seguidas e ido a ver un piso de alquiler y me han dejado plantado y aun encima les llamas y no cogen el telefono. Luego claro esta cuando llaman es para decirte que el piso esta alquilado. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Un saludo.
Buenos días Boris, nos extraña tu reseña ya que, cómo ya te aclaramos, el día 20 de diciembre no acudimos a la visita porque te estuvimos llamando durante todo el día para confirmar la visita pero al no cogernos el teléfono ni devolvernos las llamadas, entendimos que no estabas interesado. Como sí que nos llamaste después para decirnos que querías verlo, programaste con tu agente una visita para el día 2 de enero. No obstante, el día 23 de diciembre nos llamaste para verlo esa misma mañana y aunque tu agente no estaba, fue otra compañera para que lo pudieras ver cuánto antes y en menos de una hora, la agente se desplazó al inmueble y te lo enseñó. Cómo querías verlo de nuevo con tu pareja, se te guardó la cita que ya tenías el día 2 y le pediste que si se reservaba antes, te avisáramos, y es lo que hicimos. Por lo cual, no nos consta lo que comentas, ni hubo dos veces seguidas, y se te llamó para decirte que estaba reservado por petición tuya. No obstante sentimos cualquier tipo de malentendido que haya podido haber.

Fantastic experience: Excelentes profesionales, tras recorrer bastantes inmobiliarias buscando piso, tuve la gran suerte de encontrarla, tanto Pilar, Katya como Silvia me ayudaron muchísimo. Incluso recibí asistencia personal en la firma para asegurarse que todo estaba correcto y no había sorpresas, muy agradecido por el gran trabajo que hacéis. Recomendable 100%.

Negative experience: Atención inexistente. Veníamos de otras inmobiliarias (con varios pisos candidatos) en las que habíamos dado las mismas características para el piso que necesitamos y esta agencia se ha limitado a decirnos que no tenían ningún piso sin darnos más explicaciones. Ni nos han tomado el número de teléfono para contactar más adelante por si les entraba alguno que nos encajara. Muy descontentos.
Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria, trabajamos día a día para ofrecer un excelente servicio a nuestros clientes. En ese momento no teníamos ningún piso que se ajustara a las características que nos comunicó, normalmente ofrecemos la opción de avisar cuando tengamos algún inmueble que se adapte a sus necesidades, si lo desea puede contactar con nosotras y le atenderemos gustosamente.
