Negative experience: Very unprofessional real estate agents. I would not recommend them, especially when renting or buying an apartment, as they will take your money and act unprofessionally as soon as they receive it.

Negative experience: A terrible service from Abby. Be very careful with these people! They are not transparent at all and if they tell you something, make sure everything is in writing, because you can't trust what they say. If you don't have a pre-approved mortgage, better not even approach, as their clause doesn't return the deposit money. To make matters worse, they require you to pay the real estate commission even before the deeds are signed. A total disaster!

Negative experience: Super bad service. Can’t put 0 star but it’s what they deserve. If you’re buying with mortgage, pay attention, they’re not gonna return what you paid if you don’t get the mortgage approved. Abbi, super rude. Never had this bad experience in any of the agency alike.

My experience has been excellent, Pedro and Eric have provided me with personalized service since I chose them (it didn't cost much, Pedro is very nice) until the sale! Negative experience: They only go for the money. Buyers or sellers have to do all the paperwork. They don’t do any management. Be careful with these people.

Now that we have lost the opportunity to sell it, we will not trust this company again. Very unprofessional or rather, not professional at all.

Negative experience: They publish an apartment and only schedule viewings for 1 specific hour the next day; the truth is that it's strange and lacks professionalism. Are they really going to accommodate a lot of people showing up in 60 minutes? The guy who answered the phone was ok (normal, if I had to rate him from 0 to 10, he would get a bare 5), although I find this policy of doing things to be very wrong, which is why I wrote this review.
