Fantastic experience: A few months ago we hired the services of Nexitum to help us find our new home. Fantastic experience: We had been looking for a house in Sarria for 18 months and in 2 occasions we even made an offer but then we discovered we did not have all the info, the real state agent was basically hiding things and we never found the way of closing an operation that sounds "fair" for us. When you are too emotionally engaged with one of your key decisions in life (to find your new home) you need the help of someone that will apply his expertise and some rationality into this process - and I could not think of someone better then Nexitum. Jordi attended to us in his office, free of charge and without commitment, for more than an hour, discussing all aspects of the operation in detail. Al contactar amb el Jordi vam descobrir a un expert que des del primer dia va ser molt transparent i realista en explicar-nos tot el procès i com està el panorama, les dificultats que podrien sorgir, i els passos en els que ens ajudarien per superar-les. I sentim que ha complert amb escreix tot el que Jordi ens van explicar en aquella primera trucada telefònica. En el darrer pas que hem fet fins ara, l'assessorament de l'Helena en la signatura de les arres ha estat importantíssim: vam demanar canvis d'última hora en el contracte i el plànol que gràcies a Helena i Jordi han quedat reflectits en la compra final. Ara ja només ens queda demanar la hipoteca, però amb l'Helena sabem que estem en les millors mans. Nexitum no controla el mercat inmobiliari ni tampoc l'hipotecari, però ofereixen un ajut professional importantíssim que preveu i reacciona ràpidament a molts problemes que poden sorgir durant la compra. Amb ells guanyes tranquil.litat, temps, seguretat evitant estafes i molt coneixement del sector, perquè realment hem après moltíssim amb ells i hem comprovat com està el mercat. En resum, aquests PSI són la millor guia per entrar en la jungla inmobiliària: no poden evitar que apareguin sorpreses durant el camí (ningú no pot), però la seva experiència fa que sigui molt fàcil preveure-les i esquivar-les per poder arribar a bon port.

Fantastic experience: Mi excelente experiencia con Nexitum es doble: Compra de un local para inversión y a través de mi hija que compró el hogar de sus sueños. He seguido con curiosidad la prácticamente única crítica negativa, frente a los cientos de clientes super satisfechos que muestra google. El tono de la crítica de MMC denota en sí mismo inseguridad y ganas de perjudicar... No resulta creíble, sobre todo porque cuando cuenta el fondo de su experiencia y yo solamente sé ver éxito (comprar sin ver no es fácil): compró a buen precio negociado por profesionales que validaron que el piso cumplía todos los requisitos, y es el hogar de sus sueños. Se trata de una crítica positiva. Mi experiencia (en otro territorio) puede explicar otro ejemplo personal: acudí a mi cardiólogo con "todo el trabajo hecho" cuando le conté que sentía un fuerte dolor en mi brazo izquierdo, me costaba y me dolía respirar; en su consulta me exploró, me hizo alguna pruebas y me dijo que no tenía nada importante, que se trataba de un dolor muscular (desapareció con un tratamiento suave... Me encargó otras pruebas, para su total seguridad... El cardiólogo me cobró y yo no tenía nada; sin su profesionalidad se hubiera curado igual... ¿La conclusión?, busquen buenos cardiólogos, entrenadores de futbol, peluqueros..., no se fíen del que dice que entiende de todo. Y, si buscan el piso de sus sueños: NEXITUM!

Fantastic experience: Nuestra experiencia de comprar una propiedad en Barcelona con Nexitum ha sido extraordinaria. Una vez tomada la decisión de contratar un Personal Shopper para encontrar la vivienda hemos tenido varías entrevistas con los principales PS de Barcelona y nos hemos decidido por Nexitum por la claridad y honestidad con la que nos han contado su forma de trabajo. Hoy estoy escribiendo esta reseña desde la propiedad que adquirimos en un proceso de aproximadamente 2 meses y no puedo estar más satisfecho con el resultado. Hemos logrado transformar que un proceso duro y engorroso en la mayoría de oportunidades, se convierta en un camino que que puede disfrutarse. El acompañamiento de Jordi, Helena y Susana en nuestro caso fue total y muy bien distribuido en cada paso de proceso, de acuerdo a su área de expertise. Si tengo que enumerar las ventajas de elegirlos, remarcaría: 1) El tiempo ahorrado en la gestión de búsquedas, contacto y primeras visitas a las propiedades. 2) El asesoramiento en cuestiones legales y urbanísticas de las propiedades que encontrábamos. 3) El poder de negociación que se adquiere por estar representado por un agente comprador en el mercado. 4) La comprensión de ir moldeando la necesidad casa que teníamos e ir adaptándose a lo largo del proceso de búsqueda. Fantastic experience: Nexitum helped us to find amazing apartment in Barcelona. Since we are living outside of Spain, their help was priceless. From the very beginning They were extremely responsive and dedicated to our search. During the whole process, we had at our disposal two people: personal shopper who were constantly looking for the flat that meets our requirements and legal adviser who handled all issues related to mortgage. Nexitum not only found the apartment we were looking for but They also helped us with all paper work and additional services. They handled communication wit the flat owner - including price negotiation, They checked the apartment and made sure that its construction and legal conditions are good. They found for us the best mortgage and negotiated better conditions directly with the bank. They explained us whole process and were present while we were signing the contract in the notary office. Summarising, if I could buy another flat, I would hire Nexitum again, without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: Contratar a NEXITUM ha sido un gran acierto. Puedo afirmar que sin su ayuda hoy no tendria el piso que con su ayuda pude comprar. El servicio de PSI (Personal Shopper Inmobiliario) no sabia ni que existia. Una vez me lo explicaron y tuve la entrevista con Jordi vi clarisimo que era el servicio que yo necesitava ya que tenia muy claro lo que buscava y no tenia tiempo para ello. Una vez contraté a NEXITUM todo fué mas sencillo. Solo visite los pisos que mi personal Shopper (que era Jeremy, y aprovecho para decir que es un crack) veia que me podian encajar, con lo que la gestión del tienpo era mucho mas eficiente (factor clave para mi). De entre los que vimos encontramos el que buscabamos (piso de 4 habitaciones todas exteriores….. que no es un encargo nada facil). A partir de encontar el piso la gestión de Jordi para cerrar el trato y no perder el piso fue exquisita (a pesar de estar en dias dificiles por estar en la festividad de Semana Santa). En la parte final del proceso, el acompañamiento en los trámites siempre farragosos en la notaria por parte Helana también fué magnifico. En definitiva en Nexitum se aunan magnificos profesionales, con gran empatia y que se preocupan en todo momento por las necesidades del cliente. Solo puedo RECOMENDAR a los que estais buscando piso que les contrateis. Muchas gracias por vuestra ayuda!!!!

Negative experience: ¡Un servicio vergonzoso, caro y engañoso! Firmé el contrato con ellos, pagando su honorario astronómico y después de 13 días encontré yo mismo el piso. Jordi me ayudó a cerrar las arras al día siguiente y hasta aquí sin problemas, a pesar de que me hubieran podido hacer algún descuento dado que no fueron ni dos semanas de trabajo y facilité yo el contacto. Empezó el asesoramiento financiero con Helena. Tras proponerme 3 posibilidades de hipoteca, me empecé a informar por mi cuenta sobre qué bancos ofrecían buenas condiciones. Un conocido acababa de recibir una oferta muy buena del Banco de Santander por lo que se lo comuniqué enseguida a Helena con el objetivo de solicitar una valoración por dicha entidad. A pesar de que inicialmente me informó de que no consideraba que los datos fueran verídicos, ella se comprometió a gestionarlo. Me sorprendió que me preguntara que si yo tenía ese contacto que se lo facilitara. ¿Para qué les había contratado entonces? Después de un mes sin que me llegara una oferta de dicha entidad, periodo durante el cual contacté con Helena en múltiples ocasiones debido a la ausencia de información por su parte, siempre me repetía lo mismo, empujándome a continuar con otro banco cuya oferta no era exactamente "irresistible". Ante la sospecha de que existiera algún problema con mi expediente decidí acudir personalmente a una oficina de Santader donde me dieron prueba fehaciente de que mi expediente nunca había sido abierto. Por vía paralela contraté a otros profesionales que me encontraron mejores condiciones que las de Nexitum, siendo mucho más rápidos y eficientes. Desgraciadamente Nexitum te hace pagar la totalidad del honorario justo a la firma de arras, llevándose por lo tanto todo el dinero antes de haber terminado la operación (práctica nada profesional y para nada común). No tardaron en pedirme el favor de escribir una reseña en Google a pesar de no haberse concluido nuestra relación y yo, con la felicidad del momento, la escribí (evidentemente ya la he borrado). Finalmente quedé con Nexitum para expresarles mi descontento, enseñarles las pruebas (indiscutibles) de que me habían engañado, que había descubierto que no actuaban "on behalf of my best interest" y que no eran transparentes ni hacían esfuerzos para buscarme las mejores opciones. No tuve ninguna explicación convincente de que hubieran actuado con transparencia y de manera “desinteresada”. Después de dos semanas me ofrecieron un reembolso de 3000 euros (frente a los 18150 que les había pagado a los que sumaría el dinero que perdí por no haberse tramitado a tiempo la hipoteca, considerando la subida de intereses durante este periodo). En definitiva, les contraté para posteriormente ser yo quien encontrara la vivienda, así como la mejor de las hipotecas pese a que yo les había facilitado la información. Cuando les dije que difundiría esta historia me amenazaron con no devolverme tampoco los 3000 euros, si bien finalmente me realizaron el reembolso de dicha cantidad.

Fantastic experience: Meses atrás decidimos contratar los servicios del equipo de Nexitum ya que empezábamos el proceso de buscar una casa para nuestra familia. No podemos estar más contentos y satisfechos por haber tomado esa decisión, puesto que gracias al soporte y acompañamiento de Nexitum, hemos podido vivir esta experiencia (normalmente ardua y bastante compleja) con mucha más tranquilidad y sobre todo sintiéndonos bien acompañados y asesorados. Fantastic experience: Nexitum, com a concepte de recerca, assessorament i gestió d’adquisició de vivenda, ens va semblar interessant i, després de parlar amb en Jordi i la Helena, ens van inspirar total confiança per fer-los-hi el nostre encàrrec. Fantastic experience: Buscar piso en una ciudad y en un país otro que el proprio puede ser complicado y traer riesgos financiarios grandes. La oferta de Jordi, Helena y el equipo Nexitum da mucha tranquilidad porque elimina todas las preocupaciones en fase de busca de piso pero tambien en la delicada face de compra y financiacion.
