Negative experience: Terrible treatment, with arrogance and condescension, a disgrace. We had an appointment at 6:30 PM to see a property on Nogal Street in Valladolid, and as soon as we arrived, she told us, 'Let me explain, it's a second floor without an elevator, but they're going to install one next year.' We asked if it was approved in the meeting, and she said they need to meet to discuss it. These are tricks to sell a property as if it were your dream home, but the reality is that there is no elevator and it is not approved in the meeting. And we all know that until it is approved in the meeting, it is not guaranteed that an elevator will be installed. She refused to show us the property. It is not the first property we have seen with her, and she does not give any confidence to do any transaction with her. Terrible treatment always.

Negative experience: The most appropriate adjective is... "SHAMEFUL". After having worked with other real estate agencies, I must assert that the work of these gentlemen is simply disastrous. They don't earn, in terms of work, even 5% of what they make. They place an ad on Idealista, just like any other private person could, and limit themselves to meeting with you, always arriving late, of course, and it falls upon the owner to show the house and make the sale. In fact, in my case, not only did they not serve as a link between the owner and the buyer, but if it weren't for an unofficial meeting that we had to arrange between the owner and me, the sale would not have happened. Useless, slow, and laboriously deficient. In fact, they did not take care of details such as the energy certificate, changing light and gas contracts, etc., when with other real estate agencies everything is resolved. In summary, from 0 to 10 a 1. Pathetic. If I had known, I would have chosen any of the other two real estate agencies offering the property. The worst part is that you still have to pay these people. The bad thing is that when you are legal, they pay their supposed "services" before finishing the operation, they directly wash their hands of it and leave you to fend for yourself. Shameful, pathetic, deceptive, and unscrupulous work. Money totally thrown away to avoid legal problems. That's all. A warning to sailors. Flee from these people. They do not earn the money they charge compared to the magnificent and complete work of other real estate agencies. Nothing more.

The response given is a lie, in short, a bad experience.

Negative experience: A disastrous experience, annoying and unclear. They kept the deposit they took for my apartment and knowing that we had already sold it, they have not returned it to this day almost a year later because they requested it in cash instead of a wire transfer. Certainly not recommended at all. They lied to the buyers and to us for two months. If you have the option, work with any other real estate agency before dealing with them.

Negative experience: They are a real disaster. They are only interested in the money they can make without considering the owner's interests. In mid-December, I indicated a price reduction for the property and an update of the details since they had it poorly advertised. On January 17th, I requested the removal of all the ads they had posted due to their terrible management and I even had to request the presence of the local police since they didn’t even give me a complaint form, and they informed the police that in their presence, they were deleting all the data from their database and from the real estate portals where my ad was based on the provisions of the LOPD. Well, today, January 20, 2024, I find my property advertised on a real estate portal and without even having changed the price as I indicated more than a month ago. On top of all this, I must add the poor treatment received. Not recommendable at all. Don't be fooled.

Negative experience: Puse un piso en alquiler con ellos y cuando fueron a hacer el cambio de titular de los suministros, no lo hicieron. Lo que hicieron fue darles de alta en otra operadora sin consultar con nadie.

(ya que me dieron su palabra....porque desconfiar...)tarde 20 días en encontrar una hipoteca a mi medida y cuando les llame para firmar el contrato de arras mi sorpresa fue que sin decirme nada habían vendido el inmueble..les dije que quería hablar con un responsable para que me diera ua explicación y me dijeron que en ese momento no estaba y que me llamaría urgentemente para intentar solucionarlo...mes y medio después sigo esperando esa llamada...muchas gracias a Attico por el poco interés que tiene por sus clientes o% recomendado..
