Fantastic experience: Good professionals

Negative experience: My experience was awful. The gentleman who came to show us an apartment treated us terribly when we mentioned that the apartment was not in good condition for the price they were asking. When we asked if it was possible to negotiate the price, he responded that we shouldn't have viewed the apartment if we weren't going to take it. In summary, he treated us badly; I wouldn't leave my apartment for him to sell it.

Negative experience: La señora, que atiende el teléfono debe tener poca paciencia, o algún problema que le supera… O no tuvimos el día cuando nos atendió… Hay que tener más paciencia con los clientes y comprender que cada uno tiene unas prioridades, cuando pide información de un piso.

Negative experience: Por un general el comercio en Zaragoza suele ser muy profesional, esta agencia es la excepción. Son unos chanchulleros y de muy poco fiar.

Negative experience: Muy mala inmobiliaria, los comerciales acostumbrados a todo tipo de trampas y trucos para su beneficio. Poco recomendables

Negative experience: Habíamos visto un apartamento que nos podía interesar y nos lo enseñaron. Como es lógico el apartamento estaba fatal pero te lo intentan vender como sea, cuando preguntamos por la bajada de precio fue un no rotundo (dos meses más tarde me llamaron porque los propietarios habían decidido bajarlo, a buenas horas, ya habíamos comprado otro), el trato con la persona que lo enseñaba distante y frío, cuando le preguntamos por otros apartamentos que me había pasado un amigo me contestó de forma arrogante. No llegamos a hacer la compra con ellos pero casi lo prefiero.
