Negative experience: Terrible experience with Landa Properties. Commercial Director and Owner Juanma Lanau is dishonest. I had an extremely unpleasant experience this week with Landa Properties, especially with the commercial director, Juanma Lanau, who is also the owner of the company. I felt completely deceived and manipulated throughout the property buying process. After negotiating a deal with the help of his employee Angela and making a reservation down payment, the commercial director suddenly changed the terms of the agreement, mentioning a prior verbal offer that we were never informed about. This lack of transparency and professional ethics is unacceptable. It is evident that this company prioritizes its own interests over those of the clients, and will not hesitate to play dirty to profit at the expense of honesty and integrity. I highly recommend avoiding doing business with Landa Properties and its commercial director, Juanma Lanau, unless you are willing to risk falling victim to dishonest and unethical business practices. My advice: seek a more reliable and ethical real estate agency for your real estate transactions.
