Negative experience: Zero recommendable, they confuse you, they give you a price that yes, then no, continuous bargaining and later if they don't sell it, they write you again with another price, you answer with your same offer and they simply disappear. Not to mention that they charge commissions to both buyer and seller and even negotiate with it. Terrible professionalism. I give one star because there is no 0 or negative. Nuria, very bad on your part.

Negative experience: very bad experience. After finding the apartment that suited us, negotiating it, having all the details finalized, we were notified a few hours before the signing that it had been sold to someone else. Very poor management.

Negative experience: 0% trustworthy. They are not reliable. Stay away from this real estate agency 100%. Bad service. They will charge a service fee to both the seller and the buyer, 3% profit of the sale price to each... really, I do not recommend it. Do not waste your time, hope, and excitement with this real estate agency. There are many more in the sector with better service. They left us stranded... what a shame... especially because the reviews they have are from acquaintances and have very little experience in the sector; you can verify the time they have been registered or the properties they have for sale on online portals.
