Fantastic experience: I bought an apartment with them. Everything went very well, excellent service and professionals.

Negative experience: Terrible administrator, when they don't know your phone they pick it up and are always busy, they never return calls. They do not hold regular meetings or present accounts. I would not recommend this administrator to my worst enemy.

Negative experience: Terrible property management. I am the president of my community, after being a year requesting that they terminate the maintenance contracts to negotiate prices; documentation about pending works, accounts, etc. without even responding to my emails, we decided to hire a new manager and, after several months, we still haven't received the documentation. We had to go to the College of Property Managers for the deontological committee to request the documentation and we will likely have to initiate legal proceedings for misappropriation.

Negative experience: We had to dismiss this manager from our farm because he was unable to fulfill the board agreements, not even to issue the receipts correctly. Five months later, he still has not delivered the documents to the new manager, and we will have no choice but to file the corresponding complaint for misappropriation and malpractice to recover the documentation that belongs to the community. If you are looking for a manager, do not even think about hiring the services of Audosa, they are disastrous.

Negative experience: Be careful!! They sell apartments with debts. In my community, they made a mess. They sold an apartment when the previous owner had a high debt with the community, and we neighbors have had to deal with it. They are terrible. We are still going through paperwork to see if we can claim the debt from them. Beware, always ask for the payment certificate!!

Negative experience: An incompetent manager, drags his feet on everything concerning the community, only knows how to collect and does absolutely nothing. Run away, if you can.

Negative experience: No cumplen con su trabajo. No mandan bien los órdenes del día, ni las Actas. Y mucho cuidado, roban y blanquean dinero. No lo recomendamos. De hecho, si acumulan pruebas podrán ir a juicio contra.

Negative experience: Opacidad y corrupción. No hacen bien su trabajo. Les mandas correos y, o no te contestan, o lo que te contestan es erróreno porque no se enteran o te contestan de malas maneras, bordes y soberbios. Casi nunca te cogen el teléfono. Lo único que saben hacer bien es cobrar. Están habiendo muchos problemas en nuestra Comunidad. Nada recomendable. Al final has de ir por la vía legal o cambiar de administrador.

Negative experience: No lo recomiendo, a ninguna comunidad de propietarios, que es el servicio que nosotros tenemos con ellos. Pasan del tema, no atienden a peticiones y menos aún cumplen con la LPH... un quebradero de cabeza para los jubilados de mi edificio

Negative experience: ¡Cuidado con esta asesoría! Llevaron la gestión de nuestra comunidad durante años con una implicación nula en los problemas de los vecinos, cargos en cuenta poco claros y gastos no consensuados por los vecinos. Por si fuera poco, tanto el gestor como sus empleados mantienen un trato soberbio y poco educado cuando se les piden explicaciones. Sin duda. Uno de los peores gestores que he tratado.

Negative experience: Llevo varios MESES intentando que contraten a alguien para solucionar los daños causados por una gotera en el tejado de la comunidad de vecinos, que debería ser un arreglo de urgencia porque a nadie le gusta vivir con frío y moho. Ahora ya les llamo todos los días y se saben mi nombre, me dicen que ya está decidido quién lo va a hacer, pero aún no mandan a nadie ni he visto un solo presupuesto excepto el que les conseguí yo. Con esto de la pandemia es bastante difícil gestionar cosas, y si encima los administradores no administran, pues en fin...
