Negative experience: The most informal and shameless real estate agency we've encountered, they had the nerve to keep us waiting for over a week to confirm the reservation of an apartment in Elipa. They asked for all our details and even made us return to the agency to sign the data protection agreement when they already knew the apartment had another owner. The next day, a friend called, interested in it, to see what response she would get, and they no longer had it. We kept asking them via WhatsApp every day, still knowing they no longer had it, if they had a response from the insurance, and they said they were waiting. Surprisingly, two days after this call, Paola said the owners were only looking for couples or a single person when just a week prior, her other colleague said we were the profile the owners were looking for. They had us waiting for over a week, dragging us along with the supposed wait for insurance approval. You have left much to be desired as professionals; we felt deceived!!!
Good afternoon Encarna, you did not book the property at any time (no deposit was made), the process we have is as follows: 1st, a visit to the property is made, if you like it, we proceed to request the documentation along with the signing of the LOPD. We send you the data protection electronically, and you signed with your mobile phone, but both your signature and your companion's were not clear. The insurance checked the signature and told us that it needed to be signed again, which is why we told you that you had to come back to the office to sign it correctly. We do not control the time in which the non-payment insurance studies the documentation. When your friend called, we would have several profiles under review (including yours), which is why we informed her that the apartment was no longer available. Finally, after the profiles are approved by the insurance company, we present them to the owners, and they are the ones who ultimately decide which profile they want. We regret that you felt this way, but the final profile that enters the property does not depend on us. Best regards.

Negative experience: Regrettable treatment, you sign exclusivity and you have to find out through an app (idealista) that they do not attend to your potential buyers, a shame, interested buyers are concerned about trying to contact the property (since they do not pay attention) and then they want to charge you for selling on your own without them taking their commission. A shame, I feel scammed. Let it be clear that you cannot buy my review.

Negative experience: I have been deceived, I lost 3 thousand euros, be very careful as they tell you one thing and then it is another. In my case, they told me on several occasions that they would refund the deposit amount if the mortgage was not granted, all false, now I have to go to a lawyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.
Dear Sheyla; We deeply regret your lack of understanding and honesty. You reserved a property by depositing an earnest money of €3000 with the commitment to meet certain deadlines. An extension of dates was even made for the signing of the purchase/earnest money contract, and just two days before, you demanded the return of the deposit. Our financial department was contracted to process the mortgage. A financial study was conducted prior, and vital information was omitted. Even so, we wanted to provide a solution that you did not wish to hear. On the other hand, as stated in the proposal and in the earnest money contract, the €3000 you deposit is given to the seller, and both in the proposal and in the earnest money contract, and even in the annex of the extension, it is never specified that these amounts will be refunded, as they are a guarantee for both parties under no circumstances. Thus, if the buyer fails to meet their obligations, they would lose the guarantee, and if the seller fails to meet their obligations, they would return the guarantee doubled, that is, €6000. (In the response, Google does not allow me to attach, otherwise I would have no problem attaching all the documents linking you to this operation). This way of processing a reservation for the subsequent purchase is NOT our invention; it appears in Article 1454 of the Civil Code as penitential deposits and is clearly specified in our promise and written in the earnest money contract. However, as we know that generally, people or our clients are not familiar with these procedures, we explain it verbally and provide extreme examples to ensure everyone is aware of this, and you accept and sign. Estudio Marqués de Corbera SL is not comfortable when failed transactions occur. First of all, we are not here to make anyone lose money; in fact, the earnest money is given to the property. Second, we are not here to waste anyone's time. Third, we have a commitment to the property to present them with solvent operations (and in your case, Mrs. Sheyla, I explained your financial situation with certain anomalies that you concealed). To conclude, if you had been honest, even after the extension, perhaps the property would have been more empathetic with you. But when you present yourself demanding under the argument that if the mortgage does not go through the deposit is returned, an argument that is not written and is also not true, and with the threat of a lawsuit, logically no one would refund you anything.
