Negative experience: I was hesitant to write this review, but I will do it to help both buyers and sellers. Regardless of the charges to both seller and buyer by the real estate agency, the main problem lies in the lack of professionalism, 0 help in the process, good thing I hired an advisor for that. The biggest inconvenience I found is that the owner of the house I bought (Jesús) left me the furnished house that was included in the price. One day I ran into Jesús, and he asked me how the grand piano was, and I told him I thought he kept it, and he said no way, that it must have been taken by them. I have never claimed the piano because it is the seller's responsibility, but if this were allegedly true, we would be talking about the lack of professionalism and risk posed by a real estate agency concerning its image. I think they think they are very clever, but that’s it. I do not recommend it; they need to be more professional and honest. Best regards.

Fantastic experience: Some time ago, I was thinking of selling my apartment. Out of all the options in the area, I felt very confident with them, and regarding the commission, it was minimal, and they took care of absolutely everything. Very happy with everything; I would recommend them 100%.

Negative experience: To see an apartment with a scheduled time and day, they don't show up, I call on the phone and it is turned off. There is so much demand for rentals that they take advantage of people.

Negative experience: Poco profesionales. Veo reseñas en las que se dice que son serios, no sé de qué... Les llamé para concertar cita y visitar un inmueble, acordamos día y hora. Hasta aquí todo normal. Llego al inmueble y no se presenta nadie, llamo 20 veces y nada, mientras espero les escribo por correo, oh! sorpresa!, a los 15 min. de escribirles desaparece el anuncio del portal de venta. No se han molestado en avisar, consecuentemente hacerme perder el tiempo. Si están pensando en gestionar algo con ellos yo te digo que no. Hay muchas agencias con buenos profesionales donde te atenderán bien y con ganas de ayudarte, todo lo contrario a ImnoElipa.

Negative experience: Hoy teníamos una cita a las 9:00 de la mañana para ver un piso, al avisar a Susana, la comercial, de que ya estábamos en el portal nos comunica que no va asistir ¿ de verdad no lo sabía media hora antes? Así que después de pedir las horas en el trabajo me tuve que dar media vuelta ¡ muy profesional! No me extraña que el piso lleve tiempo en alquiler!! Si fuera mi piso ni de broma utilizaría sus servicios.

Negative experience: La peor agencia que hay en madrid No tiene ni idea de pisos y mucho menos de venderlos,el tio va a los pisos para hacer perder el tiempo a los propietarios NI SABE DE PISOS NI DE BARRIOS, NI DE ZONAS, POBRE PROPIETARIOS QUE TENGAN LOS PISOS EN ESTA ESPECIE DE INMOBILIARIA POR QUE LOS ESTAN HACIENDO PERDER EL TIEMPO, ESTA AGENCIA LOS PISOS QUE TIENE LOS ESTA "QUEMANDO" ESTO LO QUE SE DEDICAN ELLOS A QUE LOS PISOS DEJEN QUE LA GENTE TENGA INTERES POR VISITARLOS

Negative experience: Mucho cuidado al comprar vivienda. Omiten informacion, no son nada claros. Intentan confundir. Hay que mirar todo al detalle...todo.
