Y, en definitiva, tanto uno como otro acaban satisfechos con el trato recibido. Desde un principio, la información es clara y real según se encuentra el mercado inmobiliario. Los medios utilizados (fotos, 3d virtual, descripción, portales inmobiliarios, etc) son variados y completos, lo que facilita que la venta, en mi caso, fuera muy rápida. Negative experience: A nivel vendedor o arrendador no lo sé, así que no opino. Pero hace tiempo fui a preguntar si tenían un piso con X características en la zona para comprar, y para que me llamasen y había alguno o similar. Ni me miraron a la cara para cogerme los datos, y porsupuesto no me dijeron nunca nada más. Repito: esto no es a nivel vendedor, quizá ahí funcionan bien, como todas.

Fantastic experience: Yo, como gran parte de los propietarios, que quiere vender tenía mis reticencias sobre las inmobiliarias, pero desde el primer momento me sentí atendido y apollado en todo. Me prometieron que antes de 90 días estaría vendido y a los 15 días me llamaron para decirme que se había vendido por el precio acordado sin rebaja (como hacen muchas inmobiliarias por llevarse su comision).Durante este tiempo me mandaban informes de seguimiento del estado y las visitas así que muy buena comunicación.
